I was informed that my insurance would NOT cover this claim. It turns out my insurance DID cover it and the balance was $33. This was in December. I was in and out of the hospital, my finances were being transferred from CT, and I received statements from the dr's office about this $33. The last statement I received was on March 31st stating that if I did not make a payment that they would "pursue further legal action." March 31st... this was a Tuesday. I was served today with a Civil Hearing for this bill stating that I had to pay $183.50!!!! This office NEVER called me to get a payment, they only sent statments. The last statement sent was LESS than a month before they filed charges. According to the District, I was told that it takes at LEAST a week for them to process the charges. Which means they were NEVER going to give me the change to pay this balance. I called the office today and told them that I would GLADLY come in and pay the $33 charge - and I was informed that I have to pay $269 because of the court fees. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! They are all about money and care NOTHING about their patient.

The nursing staff was so friendly as well as Dr. Sudbrink. Their billing department called me a head of time to go over my insurance and let me know how much to bring the day of his surgery which was very informative. The surgery went great and my son recovered quickly. Any time I called my questions were answered right away. Definitely recommend

Over the summer, I had a consultation appointment and was given all of the necessary information for my procedure. My surgery was scheduled for first thing this morning, and I was taken care of right away. Ashton and Jacqueline were both extremely friendly and more than happy to answer my questions. Dr. Sudbrink was also very personable during the time I remember conversing with him before he administered my anesthesia. Everything seemed to go smoothly, and recovery has been treating me well. It was a short and sweet outpatient procedure, so I was in and out of the office in an hour! To top things off, they called my house a few hours afterwards to check in on me. My only suggestion for them would be to offer the patient some water or ice chips before they leave. I was quite swollen and numb, so maybe that's why they didn't bother. Otherwise, it was a great experience (under the circumstances), and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery!

And I was told I need it referral referral- Dr. Desai was kind enough to tell me that she promised that that an Advil and an ibuprofen, is all she recommended to me and she let me pay and suffer for days. Her recommendation absolutely did not work in fact I probably what is needed my stomach pumped For taking so many. My pain was incomplete agony. But once I got to get my tooth extracted someplace else the dentist was very professional and subscribed a small number of pain pills to get me through the oncoming days. I returned to this dentist, with absolutely no pain and I expressed to her that I was very disappointed with my last visit and hell she left me to walk out of her office, in unforgettable agonizing pain and surely she remembered me and said that she remembered seeing my review???? Funny how I am this woman's first review. So I'm sitting there in my appointment listening to her Indian music, and her endearing personality how she looked down at me and said that her idea of ibuprofen and Advil together are quite remarkable! I explained to her that I had a right to not be in pain as any person with an extraction or a root canal has ever experienced it's something that's pretty traumatizing, and extremely painful. Instead of doing the right thing and prescribing some thing that could actually help a person because that is the point of being a "doctor" she looks at you like you were some pill junkie. Absolutely not the case with me. I'm just the kind of person that when I have a procedure done or have any sort of surgery that's invasive I'm expected to be in pain and the pain is unbearable to me. This woman was absolutely so rude to me that she had your Dassie to say "hi I'm actually surprised that you came back" I absolutely do not recommend this woman for anything but teeth cleanings. I don't know why anyone would want to get into the medical field if they didn't actually want to help people so I had to put her on the spot and ask her what kind of dentist she was if she doesn't do root canal's and doesn't do tooth extractions and she said she's just a basic dentist. Collect peoples money and sit around listening to music all day long with a horrible bedside manner is what this woman's work is. It's so interesting how so many dentists and people in the dental field Wonder why people fear and have phobias against going to the dentist and why they put it off. I have had dentists in the past I've been doing work on my teeth since I'm a teenager and I have never experienced a dentist like this in my life the past 30 years I have always been taken care of and never looked at like I was some sort of unreasonable, demanding patient. Awful treatment as she rolled her eyes behind her glasses and walked out and didn't even say thank you or goodbye she tossed me off to another dentist. Her staff is definitely very kind and patient. unlike she is but she's unnecessarily rude. I don't recommend this dentist.

The office staff is rude and acts like they're doing you a favor by doing the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor and take your business and dollar bills to anywhere else. I've had nothing but issues with them for the past six months, they almost removed a perfectly healthy implant and cost me another anxiety inducing procedure. I almost needed to be hospitalized from anesthesia during my first procedure because office staff told me not to take my normal daily meds the day of my visit. It took my dentist's office 5 minutes to fix what it took half a dozen appointments over a month and a half to not figure out while I was in excruciating pain. Honestly, I'm relieved that I've decided to switch practices. I wouldn't trust them in my mouth again at all. The only favor they ever did me was being big enough jerks to convince me to go somewhere with competent staff.
