I was told they would visit her in the nursing home. I trusted them. I tried to get someone to see her for a cough {pain in chest} and a possible chest Xray..that did not happen....the nursing home did everything right..I changed to the nursing home facility MD {took less than 24 hrs for her to be seen} and she had an xray the same day and she has pneumonia! At 91 yrs old this may not play out well. Shame on this care provider.

By the time I get to see my doctor, I can assure you that no one has left any stone unturned. My physician has everything at his fingertips and there is never a need for him to chase missing preliminary information. The physicians are both thorough and informative with each of my medical visits. With rare exceptions to office patient medical emergencies I have never experienced a long wait. I am also appreciative to be able to have all laboratory tests done in office. I cannot think of one reason to seek my care elsewhere and highly recommend Valley Internal Medicine to anyone in search of excellent medical care.

A resident miscoded a visit Medicare should have covered but didn't. The resident's supervisor did not respond to my email in their system. The billing department said they'd help me on multiple occasions, eventually comprehending that it was miscoding, but they did not succeed. So I'm out hundred of dollars and haven't seen in a general practitioner in over a year.
