Had to get a broken molar removed that was trying to intertwine with one of my toes. Didn't hurt…read morebut I knew it had to come out. Putting it off til my regular dentist recommended here. Appointment easy to make and staff was helpful. Meeting with Dr Elias for first consult (thinking that a bottom wisdom tooth also could be taken out), he was very calm and explanatory. Back a few days later for surg and, again, staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't even feel when Nurse Tiffany (I think) put the IV in. It was time and Dr Elias came in and said this initial sedative was just gonna be like having two beers. Well, he don't know ME, now, does he? HA Laid there for a little bit with clock in front of me but didn't even notice it. In what seemed like 5 minutes, he said, "That's it. We're done". I couldn't believe it. Out the door in less than an hour. Kewl. BUT, in addition, about 5:30 last night, our home phone rings. I answer and it's Dr Elias. Asking how I'm doing. WHAT? Who does that? What Dr does that? I could hear kids on back ground so he musta been home. Impressed, I am. Anymore of this type of work is gonna be done here, no doubt. Kudos to all here

My husband was still seeing double when they let him leave and they did not explain any sort of after care to us and said it was "all in the packet". We went back and the staff were not incredibly kind whatsoever. The lack of explanation for pain medication caused the pain to get so bad that we had to go back and even then the only person who was slightly kind was the lady at the front desk. Would not recommend.

They leave enough time with each appointment to do anything extra you may want, and plenty of time to talk about any issues. Third set just done two weeks ago and already have lost a tooth. I will take it back for repair and hope it lasts. Now the office manager tells us that we will have to make appointment and wait a week to bring these new dentures in for repair. 5 days later... Took the teeth in and office looked much busier today. Once the dentist sees he has the tooth and denture and it is an easy repair she says I should not have just talked to the receptionist or office manager but insisted on seeing the dentist or just left the dentures and instructed the manager to give them to the dentist. In other words, it is my fault they didn't get done 5 days ago?

Over the weekend I developed an abscess and called first thing Monday morning to see if I could get in that day or the next. I was losing my cobra dental insurance on Tuesday. The receptionist told me that he didn't have any openings so I explained to her my insurance situation and asked if he could squeeze me in as it would only take a few minutes to confirm an abscess and prescribe an antibiotic. Again she told me no. I told her thanks for nothing and hung up. I will be looking for a new dentist and will take my family with me. They just lost 4 patients!
