I am deeply thankful to Dr. Ben for his compassionate care and remarkable skills. After…read moreexperiencing severe Covid few years ago, I started experiencing persistent breathing problems, sleep issues and severe anxiety along with aggravation in back pain. All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. I walked away feeling less blurry in my left eye and felt lot of my anxiety melt away after the first adjustment he performed on my neck and upper back. It felt like a miracle! I see him twice a week since last 8 weeks and most of the issues I was experiencing are resolved or are on the path of resolution. I get restorative sleep all night and I can engage more with my family and life on day to day basis and can do things I wasn't able to do during last few years. I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to anyone who wants to regain their energy, calm, and joy in life. P.S. I remember the Physician Assistant at one of the doctor's office tell me three years ago - "There are many people in Seattle area who have sensitive back due to the cold weather and have breathing issues after Covid and it's a part of life and you need to use steam to breathe better and use hot packs to activate the tense back muscles and when you wake up." I would encourage all those folks in Seattle area who have back issues or breathing issues to check out Dr Ben's Clinic and give Chiropractic a try as sometimes aligning the nerves, joints and spine can help those too :)

I was also late because I went to the wrong building, then the wrong floor in that building until I found I wasn't even on the correct streets. When I arrived the front desk was kind and so helpful. She put me at ease saying, "don't worry...we will take care of you. I met Dr Hall and I knew immediately I was in the right place. I apologized for being tardy and his sweet response was " oh I knew you'd get here. I've been waiting." No reprimands. How refreshing. Dr Hall was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and I told my husband that I was sorry but I found a new love. :-) He made me that at ease with everything moving forward. There are lots and lots of Ortho doctors out there and I've had a few bad experiences. This time I got it right. Thank you Dr Hall.

This is my full update review (I have removed my prior). TL;DR at bottom…read more I saw Doctor Chimes around one year ago for intense hip and back pain. Right away, it was clear he cares more about his personal time than his patients. He told me he wanted yes or no answers and not explanations to his questions (and wouldn't really let me explain things in full even when it would clarify things). After my MRI, which showed multiple spinal issues (bulging, herniated, parse defect, which is a fracture) and bursitis in the hip, he gave me a shot for the bursitis that had already begun healing on its own. During this time, I continually try to tell him the pain is not in the location of the bursitis anymore. He continually ignores or even speaks over me. At the end, I am again trying to tell him I feel pain elsewhere in my hip even though there is a little reduction after the shot (but I was numbed, so of course it would hurt less). To test my pain, he had me stand up from my chair...once. Worse, when we were done and I was alone in the room, when I tried to get up to put my pants on, the pain was so intense I collapsed. This pain happened again when I got home and tried to take one step up the stairs. During our last appointment, instead of listening to me, he tells me "Your pain doesn't match the MRI", and that tells me I'm about to be dismissed, but then it got worse. He continues with, "In his professional opinion, you just need internal pelvic floor PT". Why? Because I'm a woman...and he asked me 2 or 3 YES or NO questions around sex and did not let me explain the answers... I told him I didn't think so, but he disagreed. Well, after speaking with a Pelvic Floor specialist, she disagreed with his assessment. So, instead of doing that, I went to Evergreen Sports and Spine and met with a new doctor who actually took my pain seriously. With his help and a new PT, another MRI of my hip WITH contrast (he was surprised that Dr. Chimes didn't order contrast as it's needed for specific tears in the hip), we found that I had a CAM Morphology, that should have been showing up on my other X-rays and MRIs, but apparently weren't spotted and/or reported...and that I had a tear in the Labrum of my right hip. Later, they also found I had a small pincer as well. So, a double impingement. I had to have surgery because the surgeon I spoke with next agreed that the tear was too large to not do surgery if I wanted to not be in pain. No arguing. No trying to talk me out of it. They immediately agreed it was the best course of action. I had surgery April 2nd of 2024 to remove my CAM and the Pincer they found, and then repair the labrum. While I'm still in recovery, my pain is down 80% of the time outside of flareups when I over exercise during my strength training. I would never send a woman to him, as she will be dismissed. I was in so much pain that I was crying after collapsing at the office during my last visit. The only reason I am giving this location a 2-star is because the women at the front were incredibly nice. This review is leaving out a lot of other smaller issues I had during my short time there. Maybe if you're a man, it'll be worth it, but if you're a woman, go elsewhere. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this office or Dr. Chimes. TL;DR, Dr. Chimes ignored what I said and then gave a sexist course of action due to my gender. New doctor 2 months later discovered the issue and that I needed hip surgery to remove two bone defects and a tear in my labrum. I have now had surgery and am doing well in recovery with a large reduction in pain.

Dr. Galle said I did not have Carpel Tunnel problem and the surgery done for the issues I had were painful and usually not successful. Not what I hoped for. He suggested having aa brace made that I could wear at night on both hands. I made an appt and came back the next week for a therapist ( not sure of her job title) to make the brace. I worn them every night for the first 4 months. I felt no pain during the day and I do woodworking and work in my yard a lot. I now go for weeks without wearing them and have no pain. It would probably be smart for me to wear the braces once or twice a week. They do not interfere with me sleeping and I am not a good sleeper. I wrote to Dr. Galle to tell him that this feels like a miracle. I had tried many ready made wrist braces and they helped a little but I always had pain. I will go back to Dr. Galle to see if the braces need to changed at all. They were molded to my hands and wrists and have soft moleskin inside where my protruding bones hit the plastic brace. Dr. Galle was empathetic and honest. I am so appreciive that he did not try to convince me to have a surgery that had a low chance of success .

Now after 2 month, my elbow which was deemed to be pretty badly injured, healed pretty well and I gained back 95% of the original mobility. Good job on the surgery, what can I say more. =-=-= As for the doctor's attitude that the other reviewer talks about, I can only quote a famous proverb: """Give the bread dough to the baker even if he eats half of it. -- Idiomatic One of the meanings of this proverb could be...
