Ever since this change, this store has not been open a single time at 5 am. I drive by every morning when the metal gate is closed and no one is in the store to open it. Is this a result of poor management or undisciplined employees? I know the clerk who ran the store at night before the changes, Robert, who was on the spot with things and opened the doors precisely at 5 am. Its sad to see the decline of this store in such a short amount of time. I now take my fuel and morning purchases to the Phillip's 66 east of Fulshear.
