Ever since this change, this store has not been open a single time at 5 am. I drive by every morning when the metal gate is closed and no one is in the store to open it. Is this a result of poor management or undisciplined employees? But isn't store policy to satisfy your customers and provide them with an experience that makes them want to return. That's hard to believe that taking care of a customer over a clearly defective $20 item would be a fireable offense. Come on guys, where is the use of basic common sense. The most disappointing is that I've been a loyal Buc-ee's customer. Every year before visiting family overseas, we spend $100's of dollars on Buc-ee's merchandise, snacks, and gifts to take with us.
