It would be quicker to get a bucket full of gas and fill your tank with an egg cup full at a time. The people behind the counter inside suck too. Ever since this change, this store has not been open a single time at 5 am. I drive by every morning when the metal gate is closed and no one is in the store to open it. Is this a result of poor management or undisciplined employees? I know the clerk who ran the store at night before the changes, Robert, who was on the spot with things and opened the doors precisely at 5 am. Its sad to see the decline of this store in such a short amount of time. I now take my fuel and morning purchases to the Phillip's 66 east of Fulshear. Then we have to go inside and figure it out. Adds 30 minutes to our trip. There's never anyone at the gas station to help. So frustrating. And when you call the number on the receipt it just tells you to go to the website which is not helpful. Maybe we will learn someday.
