I had an open seam and needed a bridge, tailpiece, and general projection adjustment for the summer. The seam was not glued adequately and came undone within months. Both bridge and nut were over-filed and my resonance was just wrong. A twangy A and a wooly C, okay in the middle strings but just not overall sounding like my cello. He said he didn't like my cello. This was incredibly odd to me. I have a great instrument that I'm deeply attached to, albeit it's not one of his $100K+ instruments. I think he wanted to upsell me. The vibe was like he wanted me to trade in a used car. Despite by gut, I gave this place a second chance. My sound post was OFF this time. I took my sweet cello to another luthier who confirmed that he'd done rough work. A lot of small things, fixable, but work that almost seemed pointed to make my sweet, warm, rich cello sound dull and twangy. He charged $500 each time. Another luthier charged $150 to fix all of his poor work and then some. If you love your instrument, try somewhere else.

Most importantly when there was an issue that one of their drivers called in sick Sergio quickly communicated to us about the issue and we were able to find a work around.

To be noted, they also teach music. They teach music instruments, Guitar, Drums and Key boards. Trust me, the owner is an excellent teacher. I have tried in many places to learn guitar but after few classes I usually lose my interest. When I tried here, guitar teacher (who is also Owner) impressed me a lot. He exactly understand why and where I am making the mistakes and he will correct the course based on my speed. Also, when I make any mistakes, he will tell me where I am making the mistakes and explain me why should I correct it. This place is not like tradition classes, where they always go in one set of sequences which might not be suited for everyone. He takes individual interest on everyone and define the class based on the student. The best part is, he will remember exactly where he left and continue from there. I am really excited and enjoy every time I go to the class. Happy strumming..

I could take my time, play each harp I was interested in and ask a ton of questions. Also, recently I asked about a pickup for the purposes of recording. The person who spoke to me (I'm sorry I forgot her name) asked me questions about my needs and then suggested a product that they did not actually carry (not a pickup, actually).
