My stylist, Danielle was very informative, thorough and careful with my hair. She gave me after care advice and I was even allowed to buy the product so I could manage and maintain on my own - I typically don't get after care instructions. We started my service promptly and finished a little longer than anticipated but I did add a treatment. I've been getting lots of compliments on my style - it's shining and healthy looking. I hope to continue getting treatments so my hair will be more voluminous. Prices are in line with current rates at other natural salons - expensive but worthwhile

I am writing to respectfully address an experience concerning your cancellation policy, following a…read morerecent appointment booking. I wish to preface this by affirming that the service provided by my hairstylist has consistently been exemplary and professional. My concern pertains to a cancellation fee recently applied to my account. An appointment had been scheduled for Friday at noon. On the preceding Thursday, shortly after 11:00 AM, I contacted your establishment to notify you of the need to cancel this appointment. During this call, a staff member informed me that a $25 fee would be charged due to the cancellation falling outside the stipulated 48-hour notice period. I attempted to explain the unforeseen circumstances that necessitated this last-minute cancellation. However, the representative maintained a strict adherence to the policy, reiterating the rule without further discussion or consideration of my situation. As this was my first occasion requiring a cancellation within a short timeframe, I had hoped for a more empathetic approach. Life's unpredictable nature often leads to unavoidable changes in plans, and I believe that an element of understanding and flexibility, particularly for established clients experiencing a first-time short-notice cancellation, is a hallmark of excellent customer service. I hope you will consider the impact of such rigid policy application in situations where unexpected events are beyond a client's control.

I made a same day appointment for a scalp treatment and blow dry after having a ton of products in my hair. The lady that did my hair had only been working there for a few weeks and was unfamiliar with the services but was a great stylist. She was gentle with my natural hair and walked me through the steps she was taking. The salon wasn't busy at all and it was easy to feel relaxed. I definitely recommend for a last minute press.

Great service at a reasonable cost with friendly and prompt staff. Suzanne's business, however, which is located in the same shopping center, is what deserves a bad review. So let me tell you what I think about her business, Sassy Girl Design. She is never there on time, she will promise you a date for the products to be done and then she still won't have it done in time. When it is done, it's crooked, spelled wrong, using the wrong colors, the sizing isn't consistent, and overall the work is shoddy and expensive for the quality of work. You'd be better off getting something off Etsy or mass produced in a sweatshop, half the price and twice the quality. I won't be using her services again.

I tried to tell her I am on a reading hiatus and to switch subjects to something more appropriate, but she would either ignore me or start a conversation with someone else instead while I was in her chair. She described graphic, explicit scenes from the books, and I felt incredibly disrespected. , The owner's response claims that I made their stylist uncomfortable. That is not accurate. My stylist was not professional in anyway and everything about her made me uncomfortable. Her attire was an inappropriate dark romance shirt about submitting herself to explicit acts. " I vow, you vow, we vow " from the House of Lords Dark Romance book series. In addition to this, the stylist's car, which is visible from the salon chair, is covered in inappropriate stickers related to these themes as well. Lastly, she moved my appointment 3 hours later than scheduled because she overbooked herself, which resulted in me being alone with her and another staff member after salon closing hours.... I was forced to listen to thirst trap metal with bands such as Sleep Token, which has very explicit lyrics. I am terribly upset that I have to rewrite my original review and defend myself because the salon resorted to personal attacks rather than taking accountability for their staff. False Statements about your customers is not a professional approach for a business in 2026. I came in for a professional pastel pink hair service, which I did not receive. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.
