I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. Unfortunately for this scammer the shipper has been working with me for several years and we have a process to filter out these types of scums. This scammer found my load on super dispatch and posted on several face book transport groups attempting to find a driver. Unfortunately for him I am active on face book as well and identified it immediately. I sent him a message and email asking about the load curious to see his reaction. He still claimed it was his load unknowing that the customer has worked with me for several years. It is imperative that everyone knows this guys is not trustworthy. Below are the following: There are 11 total screenshots shared 1. ACD posting my load on Facebook 2. Me asking about it 3. Me sending him an email asking about the load 4. I attached the release form that was required to release to the driver 5. email between me and the carrier that towed the unit for us 6. email sent to the shipper for carrier payment on delivery I would not take the time to post all of this if it was not true. I needed it shipped from Grand Rapids, MI so I could at least have a car until I am able to upgrade. PhillGood gave us the lowest quote at $505, so we took it. They had almost two months in advance to do what they needed to do. I was moving on December 30, and needed it by January 5 at the latest. December comes around, and we hadn't heard much from them, so we would call every so often for an update. We were promised a driver on either the 28th or 29th of December, and it would arrive on January 4 or 5. Jasmine promised us over and over not to worry, because she would DEFINITELY have a driver for us. Well, December 27 rolls around and she said it was still good. After December 28 comes and goes, we were confused why our car hadn't been picked up, let alone why we hadn't been contacted that it would definitely be picked up the 29th. Jasmine told us that the driver would come the following day. Nobody came. We began panicking, calling Jasmine, and she wouldn't pick up. Finally, near the end of the day, she texted the phone instead of called. She apologized, and said the driver would actually be there Friday. We were getting fed up real fast. On the 29th, we kept trying to make sure she was actually getting us a driver, and she told us no truck driver wanted to go past Lansing, MI, and that Grand Rapids, MI was too far from Detroit, MI, as it was in "northern" Michigan, which is why no one wanted to do it. We thought that had to be a load of crap, because 1) Grand Rapids is western Michigan, much more south than north, and 2) It is only two hours from Detroit. We compromised. We said we had family in Howell, MI (very close to Detroit, and they wouldn't have to drive past Lansing), and we would bring it there ONLY IF she had a driver for us. After a few hours, Jasmine called back and said to, "please drive your car to Howell." We asked if there would be a driver, and requested a name and number. She said she could not offer that until the contract was signed, but it was ready for him to do so, so he would pick it up. We drove it there, left in the morning. When dinner time hit the following day and word got to us the car STILL had not been picked up, we knew we were screwed. We instantly called, and Jasmine just thought that moving pickup to Monday without telling us was such a wonderful idea. We needed the car that week, and we knew it was going to be a tight squeeze into the schedule. However, as it turned out, she had no driver prepared at all for Monday. She said all of this was NOT her fault, even though she PROMISED us dates she couldn't stick to. She never, EVER called us when plans changed, and then made some pretty sad excuses when she didn't want to answer. While she was playing us, we could have found another shipper, but she just did not care. So here I am, January 3, with my car STILL in Howell, MI. Thanks, Jasmine. You helped me out SO MUCH!

Requested car transport from L.I. to Boynton Beach. The service has been getting worse lately…read more Ordered service on Dec. 19, and was supposed to be delivered Dec. 22. When there was no call for delivery, called and asked about it. At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.
