I have full natural eyebrows, but once the makeup era boomed around 2013/2014, I became determined to learn a perfect bold eyebrow. I would cut and shape the way I want in order to apply eyebrow gel almost on a daily basis. I practiced my eyebrow routine in 2014 during the good ol makeup day era and it was fun once they started to look "on fleek" lol. I had always received compliments on my eyebrows and I used to enjoy the practice and process of eyebrow makeup, but after so many years I began to wish I woke up with them and they would be done. Once I earned a little extra money, I started on my research. I reviewed places but had my eye on Goddess Permanent Makeup and Morgan's name. The before and after pictures were beautiful works of art, and I was set on making an appointment. My consultation was over the phone. You can go in person for consultation, but I knew judging from her before and after pics I would be just fine. The day came of my appointment, and I immediately was greeted with a smile by Morgan at the front desk. I signed some paperwork as you would with any procedure, and I was on my way to waking up with eyebrows. i recommend to bring and show a few or multiple picture examples of your desired outcome along with any specific details. she will measure everything with her nifty geometry ruler and do a non permanent "rough draft" sketch and hand you a mirror to make sure that is what you want. I don't know if there is a difference in eyebrow situations that may or may not make the appointment longer or shorter, that would be a question in your consultation. she gave me a 2 hour window on the consultation. From greeting her and filling out the paper work I was done just under 2 hours. I'm not the expert obviously, but I found her and reviewed her work on Yelp and that was enough for me to go for it and write my own experience. I rather not go into my after care process because I'm not sure how different or if it would be different depending on each individual's eyebrow situation. ***LET ME TELL YOU*** what I can say is Morgan is such a good vibe to talk to. She is one of those people that can talk about anything. But if you prefer to bring your headphones and listen to your own music n space out, you can do that too. She has stories for days and such amazing energy! I will see her in June for my followup perfection visit (you won't pay extra! This follow up appointment is included!) THANK YOU MORGAN!!

I personally appreciated that. Another 20minutes for the numbing cream to set in. It felt like a long time at first, but Once you get chatting the time flies by. The actual micro blading took about an hour. Good music was playing and because of the numbing, you don't feel a thing. This of course the duration is dependent on what you need or want. The first impression is always scary--they look dark and and overdone BUT it heals over the following three days and reveals your beautiful new brows! Touch up is included and is scheduled on your way out. My only qual was that the numbing was wearing off before my treatment was over. I have tattoos everywhere so the pain wasn't new to me. It hurts WAY LESS than a tattoo--I promise. Mine was a gift, I can't speak on the cost but I would definitely come back regardless.

She informed me that there was no other appointments and I let her know that I would try my best to rearrange my schedule but I would be a little late. She assured me multiple times that "Yes, it is fine. Come into the salon anyway and the lash tech will be able to take you." My appointment was for 9:30am. Both the owner and the lash tech had all my contact information. The owner assured me that the lash tech would call or text me and reach out to me prior to my appointment with her availability so that we could arrange another time. The lash tech never called or texted. The salon had ample time to contact me to inform me that I would not be able be have my service done. Since the lash tech never followed up, I had to only have correspondence with the owner who was away on a trip to Vegas. I was on the phone with the owner as I was walking into the salon to confirm yet again that everything was good to go and that I would be able to have my lashes done. After hanging up with owner and upon entering the lash salon I was greeted very rudely by the lash tech who - instead of just politely asking to reschedule or letting me know the options she would be able to complete in the given time frame - immediately asks me "What's the reason you need your lash's done today?" "Is there a reason?" which was very off putting. I had prepaid already for my Full Volume Lash Set and since I'm visiting only for the weekend I had to order pick up & drop off to the salon. I told her I was visiting and wanted the volume set I had pre-purchased. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it. She kept repeating that she didn't have time and refused my service. The owner had given the lash tech all my contact info at 6am. If that was the case and she knew she couldn't fit me into her schedule she should of had the common courtesy of informing me herself before having me go out of my way to the salon after having to rearrange my schedule to accommodate her. The lash tech never offered to reschedule for another time for the weekend and never offered to refund my prepaid amount while I was in the salon. I had to call the owner yet again while she was away on her trip to have her do a refund, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Poor customer service.
