I have full natural eyebrows, but once the makeup era boomed around 2013/2014, I became determined to learn a perfect bold eyebrow. I would cut and shape the way I want in order to apply eyebrow gel almost on a daily basis. I practiced my eyebrow routine in 2014 during the good ol makeup day era and it was fun once they started to look "on fleek" lol. I had always received compliments on my eyebrows and I used to enjoy the practice and process of eyebrow makeup, but after so many years I began to wish I woke up with them and they would be done. The day came of my appointment, and I immediately was greeted with a smile by Morgan at the front desk. I signed some paperwork as you would with any procedure, and I was on my way to waking up with eyebrows. i recommend to bring and show a few or multiple picture examples of your desired outcome along with any specific details. she will measure everything with her nifty geometry ruler and do a non permanent "rough draft" sketch and hand you a mirror to make sure that is what you want. I don't know if there is a difference in eyebrow situations that may or may not make the appointment longer or shorter, that would be a question in your consultation. she gave me a 2 hour window on the consultation. From greeting her and filling out the paper work I was done just under 2 hours. I'm not the expert obviously, but I found her and reviewed her work on Yelp and that was enough for me to go for it and write my own experience. I rather not go into my after care process because I'm not sure how different or if it would be different depending on each individual's eyebrow situation. ***LET ME TELL YOU*** what I can say is Morgan is such a good vibe to talk to. Morgan is amazing. I had been doing my lips for about 10 yrs, until my permanent make-up gal retired 7 yrs ago. I looked and looked for someone who did lips to no avail. When I finally found someone, it was a nightmare event, she had no idea what she was doing. I finally decided to get permanent eyeliner as a birthday present to myself. After spending countless of dollars on these "smudge proof" eyeliners I would have to say they have all failed. I am serious when I have spent money finding the perfect eyeliner. Putting on the eyeliner and going to work as a registered nurse 12-hours of inpatient care setting no one has the time to tell me my eyeline is smearing. If I had the time for a bathroom break and looked in the mirror to see I was experiencing an Alice Cooper eyeliner disaster again. Having a MONOLID and almond shaped eyes I knew I had to find someone who was willing to take on the challenge. I've had a few consultations for eyeliner, and some have politely turned me away because of the challenging Monolid and I turned away some artists because I didn't click with their personality. I had my consultation with Morgan on November 13th, and she was extremely knowledgeable, CONFIDENT, and didn't look at my eyes and immediately turn me away. Furthermore, looking through Morgan's Facebook and Yelp photos it was reassuring to me that she has experience in other ethnic backgrounds in doing permanent makeup. Scheduled to get this done November 14th. Okay, I took my personal prescribed Xanax to help me during the procedure because I don't want to freak out with someone who has a needle near my eyeballs. Morgan made me comfortable with music in the background, blanket, and applying topical lidocaine on my eyes and allowing the time to set while dimming the light inside the room before starting. Throughout the entire procedure she was reassuring me that I was doing great, she asked how I was doing, she told me how much more we had to go, and she even reapplied the numbing gel and took small breaks for me. I'm not going to lie my left eye for some reason was uncomfortable especially when doing the lower lid eyeliner but NOT unbearable. Morgan gave me verbal and written instructions for after care that was packed in this cute party bag. I was able to drive home and the A/C blowing on my eyelids felt like heaven. The discomfort can be described as a bad sunburn. MORTIN and ice packs were my best friends for the rest of the day. I woke up this morning and bilateral edema has set in but once again follow the after care. Morgan follows the aseptic techniques with her years of experience as a plastic surgery scrub technician. Her facility is CLEAN, her prices are well matched with her SKILLS. The price includes a 4-6 follow up to make sure everything has healed along with any touch-ups needed. I HIGHLY recommend you do your own research and do a consultation. You KNOW you found someone you can trust it will click. I'm in love!! I had my brows microbladed last year and the whole process was literally traumatizing. Some of the worst pain is ever endured and the color faded to almost a blonde so I decided to do the tattoo route and I'm so glad I did. First of all this shop is super cute and clean! Morgan has a medical background so everything is medical grade and sterile. She uses an anesthetic that actually does numb! The person that did them before used it but it didn't work. This was literally 30 minutes after if you only knew the horrors these brows have been through before finding the queen that is all correcting. I had been given black, crooked Chola brows with deep scarring before finding Morgan. She accomplished almost miracle status by removing about 50 of the ink through her specialized removal techniques. And was finally able to correct them. I am thrilled!!!
