Crystal is very thorough in her approach and uses the time to not only let you relax and enjoy the facial, but educate you on what she's doing and why. She customizes the facial to your skincare needs / skin type and it is a service catered to you! I have a black head on my bikini line that is so embarrassing to me. Apparently it is common for black heads to form where there once was an ingrown hair So I went in to see Crystal for this service. She is amazing, she steamed the area, did extractions, used an exfoliating mud mask and then finished the service with a serum. I came in for a wax today since Crystal has revamped her Brazilian services. From the moment you walk in, the smell of soothing essential oils puts your mind at ease. I always love to look around the lobby as it is so aesthetically pleasing. When you enter the waxing room, Crystal has everything prepared to make you as comfortable as possible. She explains her process before waxing so that you will know what's going to happen. During the wax, Crystal is so friendly and makes sure to check-in regarding your experience. As you're on the table, make sure to check out the pretty chandelier and draping that she has on her walls. After the wax, Crystal uses some soothing balm that really helps with redness. I have never had my redness in that area disappear so quickly after a wax! I walked out after today's appointment feeling more relaxed than when I walked in which has never happened before. I don't usually take to yelp to make recommendations for things like this but I feel super compelled to tell everyone to GO SEE HER NOW! I've been to a TON of esthetician's/dermatologists for my acne and I walked away from my facial with Crystal more satisfied/confirmed than ever. She was gentle and took the time to actually learn about my skin history, asked me about my lifestyle, what I've tried in the past, etc, etc. She was super thorough which is hard to find believe it or not! No where near perfect, but a lot less breakouts and I feel comfortable showing my face in public. Before I saw Crystal, I was on the verge of trying Accutane. So glad I found her. My skin has been doing much better ever since I've started coming to her. She gives great tips on how to better take care of my skin -- I was struggling with cystic acne and hyper pigmentation and scarring.
