I never ever ever thought this would happen to me but she HARD SOLD me a chemical peel. It was my first chemical peel and she pushed on additional, stronger acne peels. I later found out this was highly unethical and totally unheard of. Ater my treatment my face turned bright red and stayed that way for a month and A RASH DEVELOPED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I HAD TO GO TO THE DERMATOLOGIST TWICE. My face was also constantly itchy and irrataed even though it has been over 6 months now. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just left an appointment with Candy,and I have never walked out on an apointment in my life. I bought the 3 Perfector Nonsurgical Facelifts as a Groupon. The first one left me so bruised, I asked if I could exchange the next 2, and she refused. I thought that was kinda weird and rude, but oh well, what do I know? She said to try it again and she would be gentler. Same result. I said I was not coming back for a third, and was surprised when she offered a facial on the third appointment, so I agreed to come back. Before the scheduled facial, she called me and said "where are you?" I reminded her I had changed my appointment to September 13. She said that she had to "start writng stuff down". Duh yea. So, I make the time to go in, get settled and she starts the damn Perfector machine. I reminded her of all of our conversations, as well as the fact that I had eyelash extensions and to not rub my eyes with the cleanser. 3 seconds later she forgot that too and tried to wipe my eyelashes off! Well, she did not remember that I was there for the facial, a "fair exchange" is what I wrote down after her call to me previously. She said "oh no, I would never offer that." I showed her my paperwork, and she still wanted $30 more. I was so disgusted I started to leave, she relented, but nastily. I left, cleanser on my face and all. UNBELIEVABLE. 9/21/2012 appt - i started this review and abandoned because I was so frustrated/annoyed. I am finally completing it today. I AGREE WITH CINDY T! Where is a ZERO star?! My husband purchased a voucher online (KGB or Groupon or something) for a micro dermabrasion facial. First flag? I called for an appt. Unprofessional; got the sense she was bothered by the call. She inquired about type of my voucher and then rudely directed me to her website to schedule. The visit? AWKWARD. While I filled out paperwork she sat to the side silent and impersonal. She asked for the voucher and before I could hand it to her she said "Isnt it expired?" I replied 'No, today is the last day." She skeptically reviewed and we moved on. Microderm process only completed on one side of my face; other side barely addressed; didn't last 20 mins. The 'extractions' were painful and she "attempted" to remove the milia - which has left me with 3 wounds/blemishes on my face; and before she started the facial, she felt I needed some sort of additional mask/peel that - of course - would be extra, but not take any longer than the appt time allotted. Bogus! The whole procedure in no way lasted an hour - not even with the extra - I was short-changed! Never, ever go here. I was told I would get a freebie if I wrote a positive review so beware of some of the breathlessly positive reviews you read here. My 3 Perfector treatments went fairly well (frequent changes of dates by Candy) but Candy is hard sell and admitted that to get a "facelift" effect 2-3 per week were necessary and she would make a special price of only $150 each for me. You can do the math. It's cheaper to just get the facelift. Candy does lack refinement and a delicate touch and the salon is minimal. Experience was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Groupon for the non-surgical facelift. The procedure itself wasn't that bad; however, my experience with Candy was. Her demeanor is very harsh, abrasive, and down right rude. She didn't want to honor the Groupon when I bought it - then relented saying "well you already purchased it." She called me by the wrong name every single time. She isn't flexible at all - being in the service industry, this is a MUST. I bought 2 Groupons (the deal was for two); I couldn't stomach going in for the 2nd treatment so I just "ate" the money. I'm not sure where she is from originally and if in some way that may play into her personality as a predisposition, but she has the worst "bedside" manner of anyone from which I've received a facial and doesn't know the meaning of the word manners or how to utilize the words please and thank you. Not good!!!! I gave my sister a facial coupon to use for a birthday present. We both have had many facials. Candy had trouble getting her machine to work and when my sister came to see me after her microdermabrasion facial, her face was still gritty! I just came from getting a neck lift from Live Gorgeous and which I didn't have to go back the lady really burned me :30 minutes later and I'm still hurting. When my daughter took me to do a face lift by Candy I didn't or burn Candy made my face feel cool, moisturized and smooth and never gone outdoors without make up but my skun felt so good after the treatment that I didn't want ti ruin the texture by applying make up so I went out to dinner with out it. I've had 2 non surgical facelift appts so far from my groupon, the experience was good,I had a dry spot on my forehead for 2weeks prior to this that I just couldn't get rid of but after the treatment she did a steam towel on me and also applied a lotion called Lemieux a 24 hour age defiying cream and the patch of dryness went away for good.I was very grateful for that.Good job candi. read more

I've been seeing Candy every week since I purchased my groupon for non-surgical facelift for almost 2 years. I love what it has done for my face and my self-esteem.
