She has great scheduling and customer service. I felt very comfortable and was glad I got a steal with her Groupon Deal. I have now completed 2 out of my 3 procedures and I feel and look like a million bucks! When I asked questions about some other services she was informative and gave a honest opinion about what she thinks would be good for me. There is no pressure with more services which makes me feel like this good be the beginning of a beautiful skincare relationship :)

I never ever ever thought this would happen to me but she HARD SOLD me a chemical peel…read more It was my first chemical peel and she pushed on additional, stronger acne peels. I later found out this was highly unethical and totally unheard of. Ater my treatment my face turned bright red and stayed that way for a month and A RASH DEVELOPED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I HAD TO GO TO THE DERMATOLOGIST TWICE. My face was also constantly itchy and irrataed even though it has been over 6 months now. CANDY IS A NICE WOMAN but the facility is not a proper skincare place and I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE FROM GOING THERE.

I had to wait like two weeks for a weekend appointment but Felisa made me feel comfortable and took awesome care of me, especially because who isn't scared of microblades so close to their eyeballs? She did such a great job I didn't even have to go for the touch up! Then because they had faded a teeeeeensy bit, I came back last week to have them re-done. She booked me right away and even though she was in the middle of moving locations, made me feel like a priority. It took half the time and they're flawlessly shaped and colored! Im never going anywhere else!

She makes you feel like your session is the most important. I have done several different services all of which I had a beautiful outcome. I have been going to Christina for the last couple years to have Brazilian sugaring treatments…read moresince she was in a salon near Moonlight Beach... and I hope she always stays in town because I can't imagine going to anyone else! The new salon, which has been open for a couple weeks now, is such a better location! It's newer, has fresh floors and paint, and is more spacious which makes me feel even more comfortable getting my sugaring done. Since her move to this location, her Brazilian sugaring service is just as great. I have not yet had a spa or facial service, but I look forward to trying them someday. For anyone wondering how sugaring is different than waxing, you really ought to just try it. I have a thicker hair texture and, since switching to sugaring, I have fewer ingrown hairs and slower growth. By the way, if you do have any difficult ingrown hairs, let Christina know and she may be able to extract them for you. :) So happy for their move to this beautiful new place.

I couldn't recommend a better esthetician in SoCal!! If there were 10 stars to give, I would give them all to her.

She introduced herself with a warm smile and a friendly vibe. She accompanied me through the lobby and down the hall to her suite. Her suite was neat and organized and clean. Her licenses were clearly displayed on the wall and up to date. I had some personal waxing done and she was gentle , professional, thorough and quick. Also her prices were reasonable. She made small talk had me laughing through what is at best an uncomfortable service. I was very impressed with her expertise. I actually rebooked for my next waxing because Oyinda has such expertise that I am afraid she is going to book out and I won't be able to get in again.!! And yes I would recommend this business.

I could say that She is "amazing", however I do not feel that word does Her professionalism, skills and experience any justice. Simply put, She is a "Above & Beyond Amazing" in how She treats me and how I see her treat her other clients before and after me. Nicole is very professional in her career, but there is real warmth and friendliness towards me and other clients that I have seen. I started seeing Nicole for proper brow waxing and shaping and now I see her for facials and Microderm Abrasion as well as waxing. She is very experienced with the use and knowledge of her chosen products. Nicole is also on top of new professional products. Finally, and this is very important to me, Nicole is a LGTB+ Ally !!! You will not find anyone more accepting and supportive of LGTB+ persons, as a Transgender Woman I greatly appreciate Her radical acceptance. It was for a full body wax, but when I called to make the appointment, Minda just kept saying "it's soooo much work". I told her that it's fine, I won't buy it if she doesn't want to do it. She said she would still honor the deal but kept repeating it's so much work and would take hours and that Groupon was supposed to take the ad down. It felt like she wanted me to offer to pay more, but I just said it sounds like she doesn't want to do it so I can go elsewhere and she said she would prefer that. I think turning someone away in that way was unprofessional and it made me really uncomfortable that she kept telling me how much work it is. She shouldn't offer a service she isn't willing to follow through with. It was just a very uncomfortable experience.
