My husband & I finally decided to upgrade. I'm embarrassed to say we've had our phones for years…read moreand both had a 7 plus. The good news is, I've been diligently been looking for a great deal. I finally found one AND both phones were getting the same deal. We had several choices of freebies, but we landed on the iPhone 14plus for both of us. We originally did this online, without any problems but my husband's old phone wasn't transferring to his new. Again, I had no problems ( that's meant as sarcasm since he had issues and I didn't!). So, we stop at this store on Bechtle ave. (I checked, this one has their current address, there's an earlier submission that has a different address.) So, to give props to this store. There were like 4-5 employees, all helping others when we got there. We didn't wait more then about 5 minutes and had a guy come help us with our problem. He actually had to call someone from some place .... Not sure who a tech calls when they're stumped. We had it all fixed within 20 min or so. I guess the 5 stars is mostly based on a friendly tech. A tech who couldn't tech that found a tech that could. The store is clean, modern in appearance and has all of the current techie stuff you might need. Hope we don't have to return, mainly because that means somethings wrong, but satisfied with their attentiveness.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! Placed an order for copying , got a verbal quote and was told…read morethat it would be emailed as well as a sample of the work to be copied. We never received any other communication. We were told it would take 5 days (estimated). No communication. We called and changed a detail and was told $10-$15 change in our verbal estimate. We continued to call finally were told the project would be completed by Tuesday afternoon. We made plans to be there at an appointed time , the order was still being processed. When the bill was presented it was $150 MORE THAN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE! After much discussion with counter worker we eventually split the difference in increased fees. We were told that paper and ink had gone up (in a week). When i asked to see the original order sheet it couldn't be found (the other girl wrote it up and she has gone home so the worker didn't know where to look). Logic did not work, We raised our voice and the counter worked escalated even further with inaccuracies. We begrudgingly paid the bill but the customer service was terrible and the lack of follow up on estimates and changes was appalling and frankly disrespectful to us as customers. BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE!
