this review is not about the store. it is about the associate (tim) that works there. this…read moreassociate hung up on me twice when i called the store to get help. i drove up there, i started to record before walking into the store. there was 2 customers sitting at the table he was sitting at and he was more or less telling another customer that he could not help her, to call 611. that customer started to walk out and told me good luck. when she heard me ask him if he was the only associate there and he told me "yes" then i said, "so you are the one that just hung up on me". that customer came back into the store because he was rude to her also. i told him that all i was trying to do was ask him if an app that the warranty company was asking me to download (for them to remotly look at my phone) was legit. he still would not listen to me. he called the cops on us, stating we was hostile. me having all of this on video, proving we was not hostile. i told the other customer just to go to the other store to get help and she told me that she couldn't because her phone did not work at all. that tim took money from her and would not help her either. he said all he could do was take our information and have his manager call us. the other customer tried telling him again that his phone did not work. he would not listen. i did call at&t and file a complaint on him. its a 3rd party store. i will no longer go to that store again because of his behavior, you do not treat customers the way, he treated myself and the other lady(customer) that was in there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales lady kept discouraging me to make a purchase…read morestating that she hates it when customers come in close to closing time. Left me sitting twice within 30 minutes saying she needed a drink of water. She stayed gone for several minutes the first tine. The second time, while waiting for her return, I looked out the front of the store and saw her walk across the parking lot, get in her car, and drive off. I asked to speak to the manager after finding a nice sales representative who said he could help me for a few minutes. The manager listened and said the lady had asked that same male representative to help me...which was odd since I had to hunt down the other employee for assistance and he was helping another customer. Very condescending when I pointed it out.

A salesman for Dish Network came by my fathers house in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and coerced him…read moreinto changing over to Dish Network, on Friday. He was told they had 30 days to cancel. He never signed a contract but he did give them his bank account info. Monday he cancelled the dish and had the cable company come back and put his cable back on. Now Dish has sent my step-mom 18 e-mails telling her they have to pay $530 to cancel the contract. They are harassing my elderly father and his wife. We can't get them to stop. My step-mom is about to have a nervous breakdown.
