Alex's Locksmith Company came out on 12/9/22 and rekeyed my house. Everything seemed fine…read moreinitially. Within a few weeks I noticed the back door would not lock and the doorknob would not stay attached and kept falling off. I courteously reached out (via text) on 1/7/23 to him to come repair the problem- No response!! I later reached out by phone and left a voice message- again, No response!! I reached out a second time (via text) on 1/19/23- again NO RESPONSE!! I reached out a 3rd time via text on 1/24/23 (not so nice this time)- again NO RESPONSE. Bottom line... DON'T use Alex's Locksmith service. Especially if you need any type of follow up on his work. You will be left disappointed and your back door knob literally falling off every time you try to close it.
