The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful.
