I had a hoodie that was super special and important to my wife, and I accidentally dropped it in oil and stained it in multiple places all over. She was so damn mad! I figured it was a lost cause, but I thought, what the hell, might as well at least see what Sin City Dry Cleaners can do with it. The owner, Biviana, was so understanding of my situation and said she'd personally handle it. She asked for 2 days. When I came back, I had no hope that it would be fixed, but oh my God! It was perfect! Spotless! And she only charged me $8! So I thanked her and thanked her for literally saving me with my wife. I was surprised at how they moved so quickly and efficiently. We had some furniture with legs loose and small broken spots, and they were very communicative whenever they noticed that something was off with the furniture. During the packing itself, they were super nice and conversational (not in a bothersome way). The next day, Daniel and Nate drove our stuff to our new home. They were super communicative about some delays in their journey, which helped me feel confident in the safety of our belongings. Unloading at the new place took under two hours again (potentially under one hour? It was so quick!). Again, we got to witness how efficient and careful they were.
