He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. We wanted to replace some of the diamonds with birthstones to make the ring more personal for our family, and the final result came out exactly how we envisioned it. The turnaround time was very quick, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. After gifting the ring to my mom, we realized the size we chose was slightly too small, so we brought her and my sister back with us to have it resized. While we were there, we also had some of my mom's older rings cleaned and resized. The cleaning made her older rings look and feel brand new again, which was really special to see. Sean and the entire staff were so attentive, welcoming, and patient with our whole family throughout the process.
