Steve couldn't have been nicer. He was having a heck of time trying to program a remote for a 2019 Subaru Outback, and it just wasn't working. He first came out to cut & program a key I had bought myself. It wasn't working. The car would start, but the remote part wouldn't program. He said he would get a key himself, and program it. He didn't charge me anything for that first trip. When the key that he bought came in he called and came over again, and unfortunately, once again the key cutting went smoothly but his software could not program my car. I paid for the key from him and I kind of felt sorry for him because he realized his software needs updating, even though he had just updated it. Darn Subarus. Must be fussy cars.
