As a business owner, I understand issues happen. What is important to me is how a business addresses those issues. They had gone through and checked the unit completely. When we got it home we noticed a couple of minor things and those were fixed right away. When we got ready to leave on our trip, we had one of those moments where you literally think you are going to puke. We went to flip a mattress and the board was warped. No big deal I thought. I'll just flip it over. Except for it turns out there was water under it and the bed supports had failed. Our trip was planned. I made a minor adjustment to the bed and gave them a call. My salesman called me while I was driving and told me to bring the unit in when we got back. We picked the unit up today, all the damage had been repaired, all leaks were sealed and spots that were not leaking were sealed again. Bottom line is the paperwork said used and as is but they had said if there was an issue they would take care of it and they sure as heck did. No questions asked

We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

Also had Warren look at my Aqua Hot system as one of the Zones had quit heating. He diagnosed the problem and said was a bad connecter. Well, we are now in Arkansas and had a rainstorm last night and had over a gallon of water inside the Motorhome. Turns out connector on the Aqua Hot system was not faulty but was charged $370 for the repair. Total bill for them to come to my location and fix nothing came to $1095.82. I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. After explaining what was going on, the supervisor and another young gentleman took a quick look, and informed me my topper had slid forward. They graciously helped me get my topper aligned back to the bed (I'm a tiny woman and don't have the strength to move the topper myself), and I was good to go! Even though this was probably a very minor issue for them, I really appreciated their help. Otherwise, I probably would've struggled for a few hours to try and get this fixed on my own.

I drove 9 hours to buy a 2025 RZR Pro S4 from All-Terrain Motorsports due to the low pricing. I get…read morethere load it on my trailer and drive all the way home. A few weekends later I take it on the first break in run. I get to about 30 miles on the machine and the transmission blew up internally! My dad, daughter, and I were stranded in the desert for 2 hours and had to call a 4x4 recovery to come get the RZR. I take it to the local dealer and guess what they found? The transmission had zero fluid and was bone dry! All-Terrain signed a PDI saying everything was checked including all fluids but that is obviously a lie, just check marking off without inspecting. Also found the battery terminals were loose, missing bolts, warped door panels and also a warped skid plate. I let All-Terrain know about this and all they say is "Sorry that happened, take it to your local dealer and they will help you out" I am out $350 for my tow that never would have happened if they ACTUALLY checked all the fluids like they said they did. Also who knows how long I will be without my RZR for repairs that shouldn't have happened. Very unhappy with All-Terrain and I guarantee they could care less because they already got my $$$. I will update this review if they make things right for me.

Great customer service. The guys in the front and the mechanics in the back all know what they are doing. These are enthusiasts in offroad mods, which means they're in it for the love of the work rather than seeking to squeeze every dime out of you. Needed a brake check, work done on my factory lighting, and a general inspection of the suspension.Great advice and they did a thorough job. Not overpriced. Highly recommended!!!
