Ron's #1 goal is to be helpful and he has gone above and beyond to be exactly that. I've actually never experienced customer service quite this great. Screw the bullies and shoddy contractors who upsell you items you don't need. Call Ron. He doesn't have a bad bone in his entire body. I met an incredibly kind, gracious, and generous man today. I have Lou Gehrigs disease and I drive…read moremy van from my powerchair. For the times when I need someone else to drive me, there is a plug that connects to the back of the regular driver's seat that allows anyone to drive the van. This plug was bust with loose wires. A random google search of electricians brought up Leitner Electric where I left a message. The next day I got a call from Mr. Perry asking how he could help. His tone was very friendly and I was amazed at how he carefully listened to what I needed and said he was willing to try to help me (even though repairing a plug in a disabled van was not in his scope of work, I bet!). While waiting outside his office this morning I was reading about Leitner Electric and discovered that Mr. Perry is the CEO of the company! There was a heavy drizzle as I waited and a minute later this person comes out in a rain jacket, introduced himself and got right to work. He got things working almost immediately and to top it off, he re-taped all the wires and neatened up everything. After the job was done, he noticed that the air pressure in a tire was low. He went to his car and got a tire inflator and filled my tire. Then I could not believe it when he went around to the other tires and checked the air pressure in the remaining tires. They were all low. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. One of his employees came out toward the end while Mr. Perry was checking the air in my tires and he said that Mr. Perry was the best boss ever; hands on and leading by example. At the end of it all, we exchanged a hug and I was off! No mention of a charge (the van shop had quoted a 2-hour labor charge of $300 with no guarantee that they could get it to work). I felt Mr. Perry was almost thanking me for giving him a chance to help me! He likes to make people happy, he said. Check out the reviews on the Leitner website! The almost perfect reviews are reflective of the man and his work ethic. It's a no-brainer to choose Leitner and Mr. Perry for any electrical work - a master electrician and a large-hearted man. Thank you, Mr. Perry.

Bob stopped by their house once to diagnose some issues they've been having with their flood light/garage lights and charged $80 for 45 minutes, then explained that he didn't have his truck and would come back another day to do the work. He has now cancelled on my mom three separate times. And cancelling is being generous; he didn't even have the courtesy to call and notify her. Each time, my mom called to check in on his schedule and reminded him of the times, and he confirmed...only to not show up with no notice, sad excuses and absolutely no apology. He won't return any of their calls. His voicemail is full. And my parents are out $80 because a seriously under-qualified, delusional business owner doesn't know how time commitments or customer interaction work.

Bob Long, Trebor Electric, has NOT performed professionally on any of the "services" he offered, only coming out for an estimate, charging $80, and never following through with the repair, never returning phone calls, making false promises and not showing up (requiring the homeowner to take time off work), and, after ALL that, keeping the $80 for NO work done!!
