I hadn't visited it until last night. My first time I noticed it was getting a rental vehicle after a City of Toronto pickup truck rammed into the back of my Prius, and my vehicle needed a few days in the shop to get the truck and bumper repaired. I remember seeing folks entering and exiting this cafe to get their caffeine fix. I am not a regular coffee drinker. However, I felt like a baked good and decided to visit this location. Entering and existing this plaza requires some care. It's fairly tight when you turn into it and exit from it. This Timmy's does not have a drive-thru. There were plenty of parking spots at around 7 pm on a Wednesday evening. I backed into a spot and walked in. I loved the hockey stick design of the door handles. I feel like I need something similar for my home! I waited in line. There were two men in front of me. I couldn't tell which way the line was supposed to go. The man on the left got his order on the left. The man on the right ordered to the right. I got the nicest, enthusiastic woman behind the counter. She was wearing a smile cookie t-shirt, which looked great on her. I wanted a smile cookie. My first one during this campaign only had one eye. I wanted to see what a regular cookie would look like or if all smile cookies needed an eye patch. I scanned my QR code associated with my Timmy's points account. I then paid with a credit card. Done! Proceeds from smile cookie sales go to Markham-Stouffville Hospital. I appreciated it, as both my mom and I have received excellent care here. I got my cookie in a paper bag. I thanked this woman and wished her a great evening. She reciprocated. This store gets full marks for customer service. I dislike visiting my local one because customer service sucks. I like this one a lot better! My smile cookie had two eyes and a smile. Yay! It was yummy. It hit the spot. It satisfied my sweet tooth. I'm glad that I dropped by. Couldn't believe how flat they are now, not at all the quality they used to be. I've about had it with the quality of food and can't see myself returning any time soon. I ordered a flat white with regular milk and my drink was made at a reasonable time while the barista made small talk with me. My flat white was made well and I did sit on the patio for a little bit before heading off. Overall, great vibes, coffee, and staff. Would return if I am around the area!

She found my order and said that I could drive up to the pick-up window. When I got the window, the woman said that the store didn't have any dream donuts. As expected, staff weren't great with updating the app to reflect that donuts they had. I asked what was comparable. She asked if I wanted Timbits. I asked if I could get ten. She talked to her peers and they said yes. I have said in the past that I'm not great with Tims pricing. It's still true, although I am improving. The FIFA Timbits go for fifty cents for one. A dream donut is $2.49. I could have got five FIFA Timbits. Instead, I got ten regular Timbits. A box of ten assorted Timbits goes for $3.49. It's fairly large, as it's a shared location with Wendy's as so many are. It's easily accessible and has plenty of parking in the plaza, which includes a Denny's among other restaurants and shops. I came here most recently to meet a friend in the neighbourhood. I came in and was able to get a plush seat beside the 2-sided fireplace. You also have your tables and loose chairs, and plenty of booths along the windows. I went over to place my order, which was a $1 large ice coffee offered for doing the survey on a previous receipt. There was no shortage of goodies in the display cases, which was neatly filled to capacity with plenty of flavours for bagels, muffins, donuts, etc. The staff correctly made my drink without the cane syrup as requested. She didn't freeze and have any problem processing my receipt for discount. She immediately provided my new receipt as I asked. She was responsive and friendly as well as efficient. I was glad to see that my new receipt has the survey option back again, as my last couple of receipts were missing that. Yes, it's just a Tims, and it is just starting to look like it's going to get tired soon, but it ticks every box for what a proper location should have and be. I'm sure we'll be meeting again here soon, and often.
