The cheese croissants were fresh, fluffy, buttery and layered. They just do pastries better in QC than home (Vancouver). The cheese was nicely distributed through the croissant too. We sat outside on the corner of the porch nearest the church on a beautiful sunny day, relaxing and enjoying their amazing creations and this memorable experience.
