PSYCHOTIC co-owner who takes pleasure in publicly BULLYING visitors!…read moreRead all the "lowest rated" reviews before heading here. Many people say the exact same thing. What actually happened: I came in and sat down, right away we got a legal document with all rules and regulation and menu was also in a legal document type. Just typed out on white paper (about 6 pages, see photo) it felt more like a contract than a café menu. I wanted to actually see what sweets they had so I came up to their counter. I chatted with a server lady who was nice, and I took a video of cookies I wanted to get (didn't even think much of that!). Right away the co-owner woman rudely told me to stop recording (there were no signs saying not to record but apparently that's in the 6 page document we got). I called her out on her rudeness and told her I will be leaving as I do not take being disrespected lightly (and that I would delete the video). She for some bizarre reason decided to ESCORT me out! (I was already leaving) making the situation far more dramatic than necessary and ensuring other customers were aware of it. It felt intentionally humiliating and completely disproportionate to what had happened. I don't understand how these people are in business or why so many good reviews. I trust many reviewers just simply haven't had the "pleasure" of meeting that owner (or are fake) In addition, this was the first cafe ever that had black tarp on its windows making sure nobody from the outside sees whats inside. This makes me question this place even further... Her going off on me like that SIMPLY because I took video also makes me question something is not right with this business. The co-owner is clearly unstable, takes very clear pleasure in disrespecting visitors. I would not support this business, eat her food and especially would not bring my dog here under any circumstance.

Coffee Bunny Inc. truly lives up to its motto: "your cozy place for coffee, creativity, and…read moreinspiration." From the moment I walked in, I felt it. The Iced Caramel Latte was perfection -- just the right mix of rich coffee and sweetness. I also had the almond croissant and lemon cake, and wow... both were absolutely fantastic. Flaky, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Honestly, everything was almost too good. The service was incredibly warm and friendly. You can tell the owners pour a lot of heart into this space, and it reflects not just in the food and decor, but even in the vibe of the customers inside -- everyone was so kind and welcoming, like they were mirroring the energy of the staff. I also loved the inspiring word printed on my cup -- such a thoughtful, creative touch that made the experience feel even more personal. Coffee Bunny Inc. is charming, cozy, and full of good energy. I'll absolutely be back!

There's also parking on site which is a plus! My go-to is usually the Unicorn Half & Half (half milkshake, half ice cream), which is topped with cotton candy, nerds, rainbow sour strips. The ice cream used is bubble gum! If you're not interested in their options listed, you can always creat your own! For the piece, you do get a large serving as well. Their paninis are also delicious! I love their Doritos Chicken Panini ($6.99). It is one of my favourites and is something I'd recommend trying.

AMBIANCE: (4/5) The restaurant has expanded since I've been there last. There is much more seating in the back and they added a picture wall that you can use to take IG-worthy photos with your dessert. The lighting is soft but bright which also makes it a great place to hang out The front of the store is getting a little haggard. FOOD: (3/5) The sizes of the icecream scoops here are crazy. I absolutely love how much they give you - matching the price point in terms of quantity. 1. Oreo Icecream Sundae: This sundae was gi-normous and looked soo good - with whip cream, chocolate drizzle, and oreo cookies lining the cup. However, it was a little unsatisfactory. The 'oreo' icecream they used had basically no oreo in the mix. The icecream itself was bland (???). 2. Pralines & Cream: I LOVE pralines & cream. The kiddy scoop I got was so worth it. The icecream was creamy and thick. Exactly like the ones at Purdy's (my absolute favorite) but at a better price. SERVICE: (3/5) The service wasn't SPECTACULAR but was not lacking. The counter stretches around to the convenience store as well, so they service both. The icecream came out 8'ish minutes after we ordered (only 2 people in front of us) - which may be an issue in the summer time as it gets busier. OVERALL: (3.5/5) This is a store you come back at least once a year just because their pics look so good on Instagram & if you don't want to trek uptown to Biggies Icecream.

Even though this is primarily a coffee bar, I am firmly in my matcha era right now, so that's what I went for. It was pretty decent, and I really liked that they use ceremonial grade matcha. I don't want to rate the place unfairly since I didn't actually try their coffee this time around, but based on the vibe, I would definitely go back to try a latte next time.
