The Cannon is a coffee shop that offers a selection of sit down brunch options. Upon entering we were immediately greeted with a friendly smile from the barista at the counter. The interior is beautifully lit with natural light as the floor to ceiling windows allow for tons of light. The food was excellent, and I mean excellent. I had poached egg, with bacon and a waffle. It was so good. My mouth is salivating just thinking about it. My girlfriend had the salmon with avocado and waffle. That too was amazing. She had a cappuccino and the barista had done a very nice milk art. For me, since I dont drink coffee I had the organelle mango juice. Again, it was more than exceptional.
