Today is my birthday. I stopped by Tim Hortons to redeem the "Birthday Treat On Us!" listed on your website. I ordered a simple black coffee, but the staff at the drive-thru seemed confused. When I asked for a manager, The manger said no. Unfortunately, I left without the coffee--and they're still on the hook for the cost. It's a lose-lose. Disappointing experience on what should've been a small, simple birthday win. Shame on you, @TimHortons. A little training and clarity could've made this a positive moment. read more

Made a quick stop here for a pick me up. I ordered a small iced cap. I noticed there were no donuts in the case!? There were a couple dozen of random donuts on a bakers rack. I did get one, because I had a coupon for a free donut. While I was waiting for my beverage, an employee came out with a broom and started sweeping inside of the donut case. I was thinking to myself, I hope she doesn't use that broom to sweep the floor afterwards. Well, to my horror, she did! The free donut that I got didn't seem appetizing anymore. And by the way, when did a small iced cap cost $4?!? There is plenty of seating and parking but I guess neither matters when there are no customers. read more

If there is still a rule of thumb that you can judge how clean a restaurant's kitchen is by looking at their bathroom, you probably don't want to eat here. It looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in some time. The garbage can in the dining room was full. Every table in the place had crumbs and/or dried spills on it. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally turned into the food prep area. It was very messy and strewn with food and debris. They gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich, which we didn't know until it was too late because we had to take it to our daughter at a horse show 15 minutes away. The whole experience was pretty bad and I'm glad I don't live near this location as I would not frequent this business. read more

Repeat, bad service, forgetting to put food in the bag, repeatedly ignoring customer statements of mistakes

The place was clean. The staff was nice. The donuts looked good. In and out and nobody got hurt.

I've been here many times and every single time i go they are all out of donuts? So I started to call ahead and was met with a very rude worker who gave attitude for calling an hour before close. Service was terrible nobody wanted to serve donuts. The bathroom was a DUMP and trash was left all on ground!!!!!! read more

I have been to a lot of Tim Hortons. This is the worst one I have ever been to. They are not nice at all and they did not even give us a receipt. They don't even talk just hold their hand out for money. We have a dog and all the Tim Hortons give us a timbit. They don't even do that. Animal lovers beware!! They even messed up our order. We asked for Swiss cheese on our sandwiches and charged and gave us 3 sandwiches when we asked for two. Then they didn't understand what a lite iced cap is. In an age of a pandemic you would expect higher service. I am suprised this place even exists at this point. read more

A little smaller than most Hortons. But the coffee and service was good. So was the wi-fi, and I actually had a tabletop plug-in. Can't speak to the doughnuts, but they still looked fresh, and the case was well stocked, when I came in @2PM. read more

Took a detour to go to Tim Hortons. Per yelp, they are open until 10:00 PM. It's 7:30 PM and they are closed.

I usually love Tim Hortons but this location is a freaking disaster. When I came in. They managed to mess up two parts of my order. I order timbits and they handed me two donuts. Then instead of my bagel with butter I got cream cheese. The people who work here are incompetent. And should not be owning a business. read more

My husband and I used to come here frequently. This place does a pretty good job during the day. Sometimes they add too much chocolate to our iced apps you can't taste the expresso shot. Later in the day? Don't count on getting any drink with an espresso. It says they close at 8:00 PM during the week. Why would you shut down your expresso machine at 6:00 pm? First time at this location. Just came to get a coffee for someone. There was one person in front of me, and it took forever! I almost left. Maybe it was the person in front of me, maybe it was staff. I'm not sure. When I reached the window, I was greeted by a friendly girl. She gave me my coffee and made me feel good about stopping by. Donuts (for this type, as opposed to "fancy" donuts or specialty donuts) gets a 4. They were fresh and delicious, just a touch on the too sweet side. Breakfast sandwiches on the other hand get a 2. We ordered the 2 for $4 special and both arrived lukewarm vs hot. McDonald's or even Starbucks are much better options, even at the higher price. Averages out to a 3 overall. read more

Manager is really nice. Lattes / flavored beverages are really good. Donuts are amazing. Normal coffee is really weak, even their Dark Roast. Although I like my coffee strong and bitter, it's perfect if you like your coffee a bit more mild. A lot cheaper than most coffee places as well read more

Even though I don't work here, I can tell it's poorly managed and whoever runs it isn't doing a great job. The drive through line is usually very long, and they're very inconsistent with their wait times and how they do their drinks. This may be just a problem for me, but the person who is most often running the drive through has a strong accent and coupled with the speaker crackle it's very hard for me to understand him. Also, when one of my drinks was made incorrectly and I notified them of this, he started shouting at the poor girl beside him and made me feel awful for pointing it out. Aside from all of that, if you don't mind a short wait in the drive through I suggest going here if you need to. read more

Just went there for breakfast at 10:30am on a Saturday, all of the tables were dirty, and they forgot my order. When I asked about my order the guy grabbed the bag from behind the counter and handed it to me, no apology or anything. Hash browns were cold, I asked for new ones. Again, no apology or anything when he handed me another hash brown. And the second ones were cold too. Won't be coming back here again. read more

Great place! Always come here to get my coffee before and after work they are always friendly. All those workers there should deserve a raise, especially the young ones! They have never messed up my order in the 12 months I've been going there and the food is always good. Whenever we go there they always give us a lesser amount of timbits than we ordered. We for whatever reason, get 9 timbits instead of 10... every single time. Also, I waited 15 minutes for a pumkin spice latte, and i ended up having to throw it out. It was the most bitter black coffee i have ever had with half of the cup being whipped cream. Will not make you certain things on the menu because "it takes a while" was there excuse. Tried adding Mac n cheese to my order asked the girl if we could add Mac n cheese the girls response was it takes a while, when we asked how long she said would ask and returned with the same answer "it takes a while". Made it home and noticed they didn't make our sandwiches right we both ordered a turkey bacon sandwich in which neither one had bacon.
