It was also approximately 5:00pm and I was the only customer but I appreciated their flexibility. I took a seat at one of the tables while I waited for my to-go order and admired the cool wood on the tables. It was a reasonable time before my sandwich was ready and the gentleman who made it carried it out to me in a paper bag.
