The wife and I stopped for a quick bite to eat. We had a truly disappointing experience. We got charged $15 for Chicken Catina quesadilla and a Crunchwrap ( nothing else) The price was terrible and could only be topped by poorly prepared food. I would've been disappointed even if these came from the value menu. The only bright side that it was too hot to eat right away. read more

I'm not from this area so I've only been to this Taco Bell a handful of times, but every. single. time. I regret it. There's always issues. Recently 2 quesadillas took over a half hour. Other times, no one answers the drive thru window even when you can see workers inside and they're clearly open. I've received someone else's order before that wasn't even close to mine. And they do NOT care. I don't know what's going on at this location, but it's a mess. They can't staff the restaurant, so there's long lines...unless they close early. Like 7:30pm early. Yep...Taco Bell closed before 8pm a couple of days ago. A few months ago we had an order where they missed two chalupas and a taco. That's like $10 in food! Tonight I was really hungry and saw they were still open at 11pm. I knew that I should have kept driving, but I was hungry and there weren't many other options. After waiting 15 minutes to get to the speaker, I find out that there's no grilled or fried food available. What? It's not even worth your time...it's better to be hungry and happy than hungry and frustrated. Don't fall for the trap that it will be different next time...because it won't. So to set the stage: 10:45 PM on a Sunday, late night dinner due to a really long day. I get to the drive through and begin to place my order. I order a Mexican pizza substituting beans for beef and proceed to get an attitude from someone other than the person taking the order that it's not on their menu so I can't get it (been done a hundred times) but realizes SHE made the mistake and I move on with the rest of my order. Ok no problem misunderstandings happen. I then get to the window for that same person to come to the window to tell me that they are out of beans and won't have them for another half hour? Um isn't that the Mexican Restaurant equivalence of going to McDonald's only to be told that they do not have fries ready and I would have to wait a half hour for them? Not the first time I have had an issue here and I have only been here twice, sooooo....lesson learned. Landscaping was immaculate, workers were fast and friendly. Unfortunately, I only ordered 4 things and they got 2 of them wrong. First, they kept tomatoes on my crunch wrap when my receipt even shows I asked for no tomatoes. Second, i ordered a Cheese quesadilla and I got a chicken quesadilla. I discovered the no tomatoes error in the parking lot so they happily remade it but I didn't know about the quesadilla until I was miles down the expressway so I just had to live with that one. read more

Right off the interstate, just before the ramp to 1-75 S to Toledo, this stop is as close as can be. Brand new and pretty typical, the review gets an upgrade because of Jezska S. She marked the $5 Crunchwrap box for my brother in law, who didn't want tomatoes or sour cream, to differentiate it from mine. So we both got what we wanted! read more

WOW!!! This is without a doubt the worst managed restaurant i have ever been to! Over the past few months Ive tried the drive-through on 5 occasions. 3 of the 5 times I was told their "computer systems" were down, and couldn't take my order. The 2 occasions i was able to order food, the experiences were god awful. The first time i was told they ran out of meat. Only serving bean burritos. The second time the food order was incorrect, and cold. So, today I thought i would give them one last chance. Theres no way the experiences could continue to be so horrible, right? WRONG! Today i was told their "computer systems" were down, and couldn't take my order. I asked the "stoner" drive-through cashier why their systems were always down, and he replied "i don't know dude, this used to be a hotel." True story! I was looking around for video cameras, because i thought I must be on an episode of "Punked". Seemed too ridiculous to be real. How in the H E double hockey sticks does this place stay in business??
