First time at Tim Hortons. Ordered Original Blend coffee, egg & cheese croissant, Timbits assortment & chocolate dip donut. New ish cashier had to ask where certain buttons on POS was. Most employees seemed to be working and were friendly enough. I could here one complaining about something when we were in the dining area. Coffee was steaming hot, but nothing spectacular. Croissant was tasty and not greasy like most quick serve are. Timbits were a little cool and the little box was sticky. Did not get donut, but was not charged for it, so apparently I did not need it. I'm a fan of certain items from Tim Hortons... and also not a fan of certain items. My recommendation is a cafe mocha if you're wanting a hot drink or a iced Capp if you want a cold drink. You can pretty much make any iced Capp flavor you want, my favorite is the Oreo with hazelnut syrup. Not a fan of their lattes at all though. Donuts are pretty then Dunkin' by a long shot and they always have seasonal flavors. read more

Had a large truck ias a result not able to go through the drive-through. Lobby supposed to be open at 5 AM and was closed. Walked to the drive-through, hoping they would offer service and was ignored.. call manager to visor situation. Manager did not offer to bring out order. I would not recommend this place. read more

We've been here several times trying to figure out what all the fuss is about with this franchise. Every time we've gone it's been an absolute comedy. Order oatmeal? 'Tee-hee, we forgot to make it. ' Order a sandwich on a muffin? Get an egg sandwich on a muffin AND a muffin. Want some coffee? They're all out. These employees are some of the most inept I've ever seen. And they've never improved. Never been to a Tim Hortons before but always heard how great they were. Today was my first time. The employees seemed annoyed that we came in because they were dead, but it was hours before closing. Kinda tossed my change back to me. The drink I got was great, until I found a hair in it no lie. I'm not blaming Tim Hortons, just this location. This was my one of my first experiences at Timmie's, and I was not disappointed! Huge props to the manager for making our visit so enjoyable. We visited close to closing time, so understandably the full menu was not available. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we got replacements at same cost and/or free. I agree about the help being comically clueless. I just love the coffee. When im up at holiday camplands i stop here to work on my computer. Dont expect fast service or intelligent conversation but they will get it right and like i said it will be slow. But coffee and food is good! I went into this location to get an iced tea. I stood at the counter for more than 15 minutes. There were SIX people working behind the counter and not a single one acknowledged my presence, waited on me, or even said they would be with me soon. I was completely ignored. I walked out as did the people behind me, they will not be getting my service again. read more
