The play space itself is large with two levels of slides and lots of climbing. Unfortunately, this is where the good ended. They didn't have the advertised Minion toys and only had an orange dinosaur frisbie which we had picked up 3 weeks earlier on our month long road trip. The normal washrooms were "out of service" so we were instructed to use the washrooms inside the play space - no problem. BUT the single washroom in the play space had no paper towels, garbage everywhere (can overflowing) and a single roll of toilet paper laying on the ground. The play space was quite dirty inside and didn't look like it had been wiped down for quite some time. The garbage cans in the eating area were also overflowing. There as an abundance of staff (like more than 10 ppl that I saw between and line and front counter/customer service staff) and yet no one was cleaning up. Kinda makes you worry about the state of the kitchen in back. So we let the kids have their Happy Meal and then we went down the street to the Subway which was much nicer and cleaner!
