This Freson Brothers is nice supermarket in Hinton, Alberta. We were told to come here to look for souvenirs. I was impressed with this supermarket. They have more here than some supermarket that I frequently go to in Southern California. They had all the usual departments. Like some California supermarkets, this one had a Starbucks inside. They had a full service deli with plenty of seating like a restaurant. They were a nice supermarket to visit. I with I could've shopped here for groceries instead of souvenirs. read more

This is a bit of a story which began Christmas 2023. We hired Freson to do the catering for our big Christmas dinner. We had a number of issues that were quite disappointing. I sent a follow up email to the catering department and were given a very prompt apology and a promise that if we worked with them in 2024, they would exceed our expectations. We gave them a second chance and had them cater our dinner Friday, Dec.13, 2024. They definitely DID exceed our expectations. Every thing was delicious, and food was abundant. Everyone ate to their full satisfaction and I heard many comments about the improvement. The food was so good!! I am confident to give 5 stars because it is rare today to find a company that will give that kind of customer service. 1. They actually cared about the issues we had last year. 2. your pharmacy is tops, Courtney is easy to talk to and remembers my wife and me and what we need,, very kind person. While waiting for a bus in the morning some workers and myself noticed two night shift workers taking out a lot of bags, one leaves in a silver jeep about 5:15 am, the other goes back inside and eats.The first one gets back 20 minutes later and joins in eating,a half an hour later they both take more bags full out to their cars, a black jeep and a silver jeep put their seats back and seam to be sleeping, this is about 15 minutes before 6 am .They do the same thing every day of our shifts .
