This location is so filthy on the inside. It looks like it hasn't been wiped down for a decade. Horrible customer service other than one or two people that work on the weekend. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and they gave it to me in the box with black burn marks on the croissant and completely squished when I told them that it looks nothing like the picture the manager Parnet? Smirked and told me " well a picture is something different" considering I've ordered from other location I'd be so embarrassed to serve a sandwich that looked like that and then tell the customer thats just how it's suppose to look. This location has been on the decline since 2023. Ever time I get any sandwich order, it's hot on the outside, cold on the inside. How hard is it to melt cheese? They've also stopped giving napkins, you have to ask. read more

We went here at 4 am in the morning after a long, overnight drive. I was impressed to see two women working hard, getting ready for the morning rush. We were greeted with smiles and served fresh hot coffee and donuts. Restaurant was clean and well kept. One of the best fast food experiences for sure! read more

Probably one of the worst Timmie's I've been to. They barely have anything in stock. Most items my coworker and I ordered were out of stock. I tried the Beyond Meat Burger: 3/10. Such a hype, so I decided to try. This place made the burger so gross. The sauces were just all over the place, cheese was stale, buns weren't even toasted. Basically a cold burger. What trip to Canada would be complete without a visit to the iconic Tim Horton's. While visiting our dear relatives this year , this is probably the first place we patronized . We grabbed a half dozen donuts and some food items. The coffees were pretty good, and the food was decent too. It was ,from a quality perspective pretty decent. We did not rate this joint 4 stars because of the issues we had getting our food. It seems that coffee and donuts are served with expediency but food items get lost in the shuffle: All in all it wasn't bad and I will be back. This location is simply too convenient not to return, but there is definite room for improvement in their internal processes here. read more

I live maybe a 3 wood away from this place but I come here only about once a month or more of you include drive throughs . I'm not going to lie I don't like this place but it is the closest place to grab a coffee and my wife likes it so I'm usually driving through. They used to have a Cold Stone and then they took it away. So many times the store front has been hit by cars they finally had to install concrete pillars to protect it. The drive through is stupid because there's usually only one line but maneuvering into line in a packed parking lot it just ridiculous. It's hardly ever kept tidy in the dining area, it's sometimes faster to go inside than the drive through and it's mostly inconsistent. The food here is not great, it never was. I think their breakfast sandwiches seem dry and I only like the bagels. The drive through entrance is at the eastern side of the building. There is a driveway that goes around the building but the line for the drive through illogically goes through the middle of the strip mall parking lot causing all sorts of logistical issues at times. Drivers coming from the Eringate entrance either go around the building from behind clockwise and turn right into the drive through (180 degrees) or go counter and wait while the main line coming from the east side (through the mall parking lot) allows them in OR they drive through the mall and get in the main line. Coming from out of town, I am not used to having beggars bother you in the door way of places that we visit. We were asked for money on the way in and out, and we did try to help by giving cash, but it was very uncomfortable. The food was fine, the bathrooms were a disaster and the coffee was at least consistent to any other Tim Horton. read more

This is a pretty busy Tim's, but the service was perfectly nice and our orders were fine, the food was hot and par for the course for a Tim's. There are a ton of kids loitering in the parking lot, but I really don't consider that the fault of the business. There are other businesses in this strip mall, so there really isn't much that can be done. read more

The staff are friendly. As for this location there are way to many teens hanging in the parking lot with their supped up cars blasting music. These little punks litter all over the parking lot making this location look disgusting. To bad because the location is very convenient for a lot of people in the neighborhood. read more

If you want to go to the worst Tim Hortons in he province come here. The staff is so unorganized, so rude and generally do not care about anything. This is coming from 3 separate experiences of coming to this location (next to my work so it's just convenient). All of the staff stand around talk constantly about non-work things so they get distracted, they forget orders, and are rude to multiple customers. While I was still waiting for a food item the cashier yelled "Next!" in my face instead of asking me to step aside. When I asked her where I should wait for my food she looked around and pointed in a general direction and shrugged. I've never felt so annoyed after giving my money to a place that cares very little about who they hire. This place is also constantly "out" of things or machines are broken. Each of the 3 times I have been and asked for an ice Capp they say the machine is broken. Don't come here unless you want to leave annoyed and disappointed. read more

The prices have been going up and the workers need to be more friendly and considerate. I have also noticed that the workers here are never in full uniform or even in uniform at all. When making the food the workers often talk over it and that is not very sanitary. read more

i ordered a peach drink and ask for a cup of ice and the manager told me she wasn't allowed to give me a cup with ice for "inventory" reasons. I know she was lying because i work at a Tim Hortons at a different location and when a customer asks for water we give it to them especially if they are purchasing something.
