OMG! Seriously? I just recently moved to Dayton and had never been to Tim Hortons, so I was excited to try them. I had an hour to kill so I went in and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit but was told they were out of sausage. No biggie, sub bacon, coffee with cream and sweetener, (there is no option in the dining room to dress your own coffee), I got coffee with cream and sugar, I can't have sugar but I hoped 2 packs wouldn't kill me. Coffee was drinkable but certainly not good. Hash brown patty was soft, not crispy and completely saturated in oil, the bag was soaked in it. Everything on my sandwich was cold, bacon, egg, cheese completely un melted, biscuit was hard, cold, dry and crumbled everywhere when you tried to take a bite. Food was inedible. As I said I had an hour to kill so, as I was the only person in the dining room I got my phone out. The only female on the crew of 3, not only couldn't shut up, she was running her mouth at high volume, she was even raging one of her coworkers for not using his grownup voice because he wasn't screeching like she was. At one point the phone rang and she screamed "God Damn it", but didn't bother to answer it, so I don't know why she was so mad about it! Waited 7 minutes for someone to bring out 2 coffees. Sunday around 10:30 am. Noone else in line with us. Finally went in to get them and the manager just walked away, leaving some kid to figure how to make 2 coffees. Truly, 2 coffees was all we ordered and they had us pull forward from the drive thru. And then the manager just walked away from me, it was all wrong . I don't see this restaurant lasting much longer. It is gotten worse over the last couple years . Got egg and bacon breakfast sandwich and found 3+ huge egg shells..and the middle was frozen cold.

We've been going to this Tim Hortons since our daughters were children and now we're taking our grand children. The staff knows us by name and special orders aren't a problem. Like any business, sometimes it's up, sometimes it's down, but this TH's is mostly up and does a great job. The cold brew coffees are to die for, and the wife loves their biscuit breakfast sandwiches. The off menu donut we always order is the old fashioned dip. It was once on their menu but has since fallen off for whatever reason. We still order a dozen of them when we're in and the staff has no problem filling this custom order. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Spent 28 minutes waiting for my food. Each time I go it takes forever to get my order.

First time at this location. As a Tim Hortons fan it was a disappointing experience. I parked my car and tried walking in, because I wanted to see donuts and pastries to choose, instead of the drive thru. But the door had a sign which said lobby will be closed until further notice. I've seen this type of signs many times since COVID But I really wish they would make the sign bigger so that it is obvious and visible from the parking lot -that way no one has to park the car and walk just to find out at the door that it is closed. That would save time. So I got back in my car and then went to the drive thru Lane. I asked them to give me a few seconds to decide what to drink. I ordered a latte. Then the lady said "we can't do lattes right now" Again, why do you wait to tell me that... maybe make a sign and tape it on the menu board if they don't feel like telling every customer that something is out? No latte. Ok. She said she has regular coffee and cappuccino so I ordered a medium cappuccino, which is usually an unsweetened drink but what I received was very sweet. Still not sure what happened, maybe I got someone else's order, but there's only one drive thru lane so I don't get it. I was looking to try something other than Dunkin Donuts but I made a terrible mistake. I ordered a large Carmel Latte with almond milk and it tasted terrible. Two sips and I couldn't even taste the Carmel. On top of that the hash brown wasn't even warm, I preferred hot but this just tasted disgusting. The hash brown tasted like it got put in the microwave for 1 minute. The only thing that was tasty was the grilled wrap. The speaker here is also very terrible and hard to hear the employee. The service was nice but I won't be returning. read more

The managers of this particular Tim Horton's are unprofessional and rude. The drive thru help is busy laughing and talking and not paying attention to their customers. For several weeks now the service has been getting steadily worse. I will no longer patronize that store for my drive thru breakfast. Each day I order the same items and ask for a ketchup at the time I order. When they hand me the bag I ask if the ketchup is in the bag. They assure me that it is but more times than not it is not in bag. Today the manager laughed when I told him I was going to call customer service at corporate He said go ahead they won't do anything about it. read more

It's a chain, yeah, but Tim Horton's has a soft spot in my heart. They kept me alive while I was working at an awful job in 2014, simply because they were close by and gave me a chance to catch my breath during my lunch break. The Timmy-Ho's in Englewood? I've never really had a major problem with their food, though I have gotten an incorrect order twice in the last 4 times I've been there. That's over the course of 6 months, mind you, so it's not exactly a frequent thing. Most times, they're accurate, the food is hot, and it's reasonably tasty. My only issue is this location's overall speed. Their drive-thru fills up particularly quickly and you're often better served if you park and order at the counter. Overall, though? Not bad! There are certainly worse places you could go. read more

I had terrible customer service at the Englewood Tim Hortons. 3 customers in line and there were 5 employees standing around with 2 of them on their cell phones! Only 1 cash register open although there were 2 cash registers. Not a single one of the other 5 employees made an effort to help customers in line. Managers response to my concerns "we're not busy" that was the excuse for not helping those (including me) in line. Poor service! read more

Good food, great service. But.... if you ltry to go on a weekend evening, parking lot is filled with BW3 patrons who ignore the Tim Horton's Parking Only signs and parking is nonexistent. We went this evening, and I'm handicapped, and even the Tim Horton's Handicapped parking slots were taken up by BW3 patrons. After we got into the Tim Horton's after a very challenging walk for me, there wasn't one patron in the store. We asked the employee why they weren't towing the cars parked illegally, he stated he was afraid to. BW3 Patrons bully them a lot. So, please do something about your parking problem. Food is great. I love me some Timmies! They coffee is wonderful. Always fresh and hot. The breakfast is meh...but I do like the soups and sandwiches. The service is good and accurate. Sometimes the drive thru line is ridiculously long and almost in the street so that creates an issue for sure. read more

This location, like most Tim Hortons, has always had good food quality, and friendly staff, especially on Saturday mornings.

I have been going to this location for years. They have been on a slow decline for months with poor customer service, incorrect orders, and trying to charge full price for 2 breakfast sandwiches when they are 2/$4.00. Twice, they have served biscuits which taste like McDonald's. If I wanted McDonald's, I'd go there!!! They are just not "bouncing" back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere! read more

This place has absolutely amazing coffee and even though they have long lines they work fast and not just stand there. I personally like the chocolate mocha frappe cappuccino with chocolate whipped cream because it's amazing but this place is also amazing for meetings and they also are good at maintenance because the place is always clean so keep it up guys! they also have great donuts! read more

Flash frozen doughnuts that are reheated in store to give a "fresh baked" appearance. Soups frozen and then heated in store.

Food is good, though drinks are some times sloppy. Right out of ten times they forget straws to drinks and the manager/owner guy lacks customer service skills. He doesn't interact at all with customers when handing out orders or when customers are waiting. read more

Tim Horton's is only about a block from my residence. While their coffee is pretty good, and some doughnuts are good, I will drive to Vandalia, Oh to get my Boston Creams. Tim Horton's put about a quarter size filling inside their Boston Creams, and I'm sorry but that's NOT a Boston Cream. A Boston Cream has filling from the first to the last bite, not just the first bite, and then dried up bread. I'm told that their other filling doughnuts are the same way, and for that reason, 2 stars is the best they get from me. read more
