I ordered a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese waited in a long line get to the window waited a while then they come to the window to tell they are out of plain bagels I asked what others do you have she said everything and cheese I said Nevermind and she slammed the window! Worst expensive I have ever had at this Tim hortons. It was around 9am and no cars were in line. I was hanging out my car window and practically screaming at the woman on the speaker because she kept telling me she couldn't hear me. She continuously got ruder and ruder with requests and finally I just drove away. Went to a small donut shop down the road afterwards and had the best experience. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was extremely unprofessional when talking to me. This location needs definite improvement. read more

I love this Tim Hortons. I've been going there nearly every day I've been home in Davison for the last 3 years. I have so many memories linked with this Tim Hortons. In elementary school my mom used to buy us the sprinkle doughnuts every Friday morning. Coffee is good and a really good price. Only thing I can say is they have a tendency to make it a little bitter so might be a good idea to ask for extra sugar or cream. read more

Manager is super rude! I was discussing an issue with the employee he was very nice in explaining it to me and trying to keep me happy and I appreciate him going above and beyond being so nice to me. The manager I need to comes to the window where I can hear what she is saying and asks the guy what's the hold up up here in a very rude tone and he was trying to explain to her and she gave him a dirty look and walked away I could not believe how rude she was. Honestly you need to fire her and get someone younger and more caring because she doesn't seem like she cares about the business anymore. read more

i placed an order on doordash and found a ball of hair in my drink. i didn't notice the hair until i took a sip and hair was in my mouth. therefore, the hair was mixed into the drink when made. we then called this location and the supervisor answered, she admitted to making the drink but when we told her about the hair she refused to acknowledge there was hair and gave us a PARTIAL REFUND. she was rude over the phone and gave us attitude when we reported the issue. i have never been to this location and i am beyond disgusted. i DO NOT recommend this location! read more

This location always makes my special decaf orders correctly and quickly. I have been to other local Tim's and have been told they can't accommodate what I am asking for or they take my order and get it completely wrong. Friendly staff who know what they are doing! I love Tim Hortons, but the food and drink I got from this place weren't impressive. I ordered a caramel iced Capp, the whipped cream was on the outside of the lid and was handed to me very messy, with little whipped cream actually o the drink. The bagel sandwich and plain bagel were not toasted, and the plain bagel barely had any cream cheese on it. I've had great service at other Timmy Hos but this one was sad. read more

Learn from the experts. Call a Starbucks representative. They had this same problem a decade ago. I'm not sure why you aren't learning from history. This place is legit the slowest location. Not sure what takes so long maybe they're growing the coffee beans and roasting them as well. No idea. But if you have to work early just skip this place. your boss will thank you for not being 25minutes late due to a coffee. read more

The Davison location has definitely gone down hill in the past 5 years! It took me literally 13 mins in drive thru because the employee was not a good listener and choose to roll her eyes at me rather than try to fix her listening skills!!!! My hot order came rather quickly. All I needed was a dozen donuts but the girl at the drive thru window kept giving me the wrong kind. She never apologized to me and she got so rude she shoved the donuts thru the window, bent the box and crammed them on top pf each other. I had to ask a manager to step in and correct the situation. I don't mind waiting but there is no excuse for someone to act that rude when they are in the wrong!! come on Tim Hortons fix the situation!!! read more

Went to this Tim Horton's Sometime back in November. The floor was sticky and gross. The person who took our order was extremely slow and inattentive we had to specify our order multiple times to her. We would of considered that she may have had a hearing impairment if it weren't for the fact that she kept looking and going off in different directions while she was taking our order. It took an additional 25 minutes to get our food. This would not of been bad if they were grilling steaks, making mash potatoes, etc. But they were only making a turkey sandwich, grilled cheese, pouring a cup of luke warm soup and loading bag of "fresh" chips. When we got the food we made our way slowly to the tables as our feet kept getting "Stuck" on the the sticky floors. The Homemade "fresh" chips so they claim, where stale and tasted like they had been sitting under the good old fashion heat lamps for decades. The sandwich tasted as sad as it looked and the grilled cheese looked like something that had been defrosted in a microwave. Sure I don't picture a Tim Horton's being a prestige's fancy steak house but come on, for 18 dollars one can at least make the grilled cheese fresh. Would of a gave a two star but sticky floors does not make my mouth Water. read more

I recently had my last day of school and me and a group of friends walked down. Because it is right by our school many students flock to the streets on the last day. When we arrived, the lady there threatened to call 911 if we did anything due to the fact that we were teens, even though we had just walked in the door. She then yelled that if we didn't order, we needed to leave, even though we were currently ordering a dozen donuts. The customer service here is always hit and miss (as is the Wi-Fi). Sometimes the employees have great attitudes and treat you respectfully, while others can't be bothered to look you in the eye or greet you. Tonight was an example of the latter, and I know, from having worked in customer service for many years, that this is not the way to earn a good business reputation. I don't mind waiting for service when necessary (I know how many things can happen in this line of work), but it should never happen without at least doing the customer the common courtesy of telling them what's going on and offering an explanation--not leaving them unacknowledged at the counter wondering where everyone went.
