Sausage egg and cheese biscuit: good, sausage spicy and good, egg formed into a perfect circle using an egg ring, cheese rubbery orange, biscuit flaky not doughy. - Coffee -decaf was ready to go- thanks. Good taste. Doughnuts were 20 cents, several different kinds! They were out of apple fritters, so I chose double chocolate, hubby had Boston cream. Good! I go to this Tim Hortons every single day and order the same thing every time. The employees (especially morning shift) all know me. Well, I just went to get my daily dose of Tim's and by the time I left the parking lot my drink was almost done. I looked at it and realized 7/8th of the cup was filled with ice. I didn't even get to my house yet (5 min away) and after three sips my coffee was done. I called to complain that there was too much ice in my cup and that I just paid for three sips of coffee and the person on the phone was very rude and responded with "ok and what do you want me to do about it" and proceeded to explain that people have complained about it before but the managers and owners said to tell customers to "suck it up" and that they can't do anything about it. I'm disgusted with the lack of respect over the phone and with the employee that was speaking to me. Shame on you Tim Hortons. Now I see why people choose Starbucks and dunkin. read more

Keeping this review short. Tim Hortons makes decent donuts and coffee. But this location is a weak link. The service is slow, inaccurate and not particularly friendly. Unimpressed. But worst yet is they are always out of things. If you come here wanting a particular thing, don't focus too much on it. They likely will be out of it. It happens almost every time I come. I should stop going to this location but it's about a mile and a half from my house. So every once in a while I give it another try and every once in a while... I'm disappointed. read more

I stop here for coffee only when I am in the area usually doing my morning errands after rush hour. The coffee is always hot and fresh where I get it to go and location provides easy in and out access along the Haggerty corridor which is a big plus. I have seen the other negative reviews and can't comment on them as I never order food here but only the coffee which I am a fan of. The times I have been here the service has been fast and fairly organized and I have seen no issues with the facility being dirty or unclean. Three stars based on my personal experience. read more

I've come to this location for years. About two years ago the quality went way downhill. I stopped going a while back, but was desperate for breakfast so I went in today. I ordered extra cream cheese (and was charged for it) and got so little it didn't even cover the bagel. I ordered decaf and they give me regular (my heart is racing after 1/4 of the cup). I'm sensitive to caffeine so I get decaf since I'm pregnant, and now I'm worried about the baby. With this level of carelessness, I'd be wary to go here if you have any dietary restrictions. read more

It's sad when you order orange juice and it's over a half year expired. Bought orange juice with our morning meal before heading on a long trip out of state, and noticed a strange taste. All of our orange juices were far from expired, oldest dating 8-29-2018, the others dating 10-1-2018. This is not professional and neglect on service. Their hash browns were also stale and not warm, which we had arrived around breakfast time at 9:00am in a Friday. The date we came to eat was 2-22-2019. Had a liquid solution on my bag. General manager switched donuts to another bag. Well the solution caused me to gag. To start our morning on the road, we stop at Tim Hortons. We'd like two grilled breakfast wraps please with tomato and onion. Ok he says. That will be $8.88 we paid. Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and coffee. I also ordered a boston cream donut. For the first time in a long time my boston cream donut actually had a decent amount of filling which was nice. However, I went through the drive through......it took over 5 minutes to receive my order (with 1 car in front of me) AND IT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! to start with, my coffee was sitting on the counter and it was the last thing they gave to me....and it was barely warm, let alone hot.....I had to microwave it when I got to where I was going. Additionally, the hash brown sticks were like eating pieces of styrofoam. If you are going to do this with hash browns, you can't cook them as long OR you need to make them about 2X as wide.....I was eating nothing but crispy oil......there was no real potato inside. AND...they got my sandwich wrong......I ended up with TWO sausage english muffins......which promptly ended up in the trash as I do not eat sausage patties. So there you have it.....for $7 I got cold coffee, the wrong sandwich which I did not eat, and fried oil with a bit of potato......but my donut was ok. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. read more

I honestly can't believe the reviews for this location are so terrible because I never have anything but great experiences here. Whether I'm on my way to work down the street and stop by at normal hours, or on my way home from work at midnight service is always awesome. Came here one night around 5 pm​ hoping to finish some work for school, but little did I know I was going to be at a concert. One of the employees here has been blasting her own music from her phone like it's nothing​ and as if there is no one else here. There are multiple people here trying to study, or just simply sitting down to enjoy themselves. Not only is she playing it as loud as she could, but it's also explicit and inappropriate​. I can hear her music through my own, which is insanely distracting and annoying. Such action is not professional at all and I definitely won't be coming here again. This place is definitely not the place to study at or sit around. I'd only recommend their service if you go through the drive-thru​ so that you can easily get in and out. read more
