I have beeb coming to this Tim Hortons for over a year now. For the most part, I have pros. Every time I have come here, my orders have been right. When I went inside, the store was cleaned well. It has also been well stocked minus after a certain time when they are cloae to cloaing the dining room. The staff has mostly been friendly and quick at their job without akimping on customer service. I typically go through drive-thru, though, so I will speak more on that. I used to work at Tim Hortons and know their policy on drive-thru orders. For example, drive-thru orders need to be out within 2 minutes of the order being submitted. Now, we all know that rarely happens. As long as customers aren't trying to buy the entire store through the drive-thru, it can be accomplished. But it's really not the end of the world if they don't. However, something that they have recently started doing is taking the order, putting it on the screen, and then asking us to give them a minute. And then we are sitting there wondering what is going on. Is there a problem with our order? Are they checking to make sure they have something we ordered? Lack of communication. Once, we sat at the order box for 5 mins with no reason. Eventually, we ended up driving up because no one was telling us anything. As we were coming up to the window, a hand popped up gesturing for us to stop. When we got to the window, the young woman on the other side got mad at us and was raising her voice at us for driving up because we would hit the drive-thru plate, which would force the timer. We found out our order wasn't submitted yet because she wanted it to be ready beforehand so the timer would show less than two mins. They don't want the times to be over so they don't get in trouble with their head office but she was willing to sacrifice customer service for it and that seems to be what the standard is these days at this location. The supervisor on duty apologized for the wait and lack of communication. Other than that, I have never had any problems with this location. I still continue to come here as the rest of the staff has been wonderful and they always get the food and drinks right. read more

So this is a rant about all Tim Hortons. This location just takes the brunt cause 75% of the time your order is always wrong.(first world problems I know). HOWEVER!!!!!!(key dramatic music) the food is taking a hard dive everywhere !!! All I can say is cheap Americanized gross garbage. Everything has had a steady decline in quality and taste. And everything on the menu is turning into Burger King; gross and cheap. Timmies WAS good....remember the good ol' days of good coffee and better quality....the 90's lol. I always come to this location because I live here . Almost every few days they made a mistake and tried to compensate by asking me to come back to give me the right order. it is not about getting a free food ....it's about having what you want for your breakfast that day . Worst breakfast sandwich ever. I order the Smoky Honey Bacon breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was stale, not toasted, the bacon was hardly there, the cheese had not completely melted. It's alright. I had purchased a travel mug yesterday and with the purchase, you get a coupon inside for a free cup of coffee. When I took in my new mug with my coupon, I was questioned as to when I bought it. I guess they thought I was a thief and had just taken it off the shelf? Because I'm not a thief, I was caught off-guard by the questioning and didn't really understand what was going on. I realized later, that I was obliquely being accused of stealing. Excellent staff and environment. We not only go for coffee and the odd chocolate chill ... they have hosted coffee with our city representatives and we attended. The atmosphere was inviting, the restaurant clean and as always, the employees and operational management are amazing. read more

It has been just over a month ago we were very regular to this location when ever we order from here, especily a regular coffee first the level is low next they are heavy on the creme. I find the servers at the drive thru are rood and very imploite in nature. We are now avoiding to go to this location although we live just block away from it. read more

My wife slipped on a sliced tomato in the hall to the bathroom and lay there for some time and no staff member would help or acknowledge the situation. When staff member confronted to discuss the situation, nothing was done still and they cleaned the mess up quickly when my wife went in to the bathroom. When my wife came out of bathroom to talk to the individual, she was told that she is off shift now. When asked for a manager, she was told there was no manager or supervisor there to help. We called later after a doctors appointment and only after several repeated calls, we got a call back to make a statement. This store violated their own policies and did not complete an incident report, nor take a statement. It has been 2 days and my wife still lay in bed missing work! It is a shame they dont care and dont take injuries seriously. We have now consulted with a lawyer on the matter and will be pursuing these matters with the owner Andrew Marriott directly. read more
