At the window I ordered all blueberry glazed donut holes for my refill in my halloween bucket, i said if they couldn't do all blueberry, they could throw in some chocolate glazed. they handed me the bucket and it's filled with regular glazed, sprinkle glazed and like 3 chocolate and 3 blueberry. The line is insanely slow more times than not & you can order the exact same drink 10 times & get 10 different drinks. Yesterday 1 cream gets you a pretty dark drink, today it's perfect, tomorrow it's a cup full of cream with a splash of coffee. The location is so convenient but everytime I'm stuck in line for 20-45 minutes just to get a surprise drink I think, "never again!" Then I come back the next day hoping for the best :| read more

The avocado toast they gave my girlfriend was burnt, when she asked for a new one they gave her untoasted avocado bread. I asked for a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich and they gave me sausage. I gave this only 2 stars but a month or two ago I would have given them 5 stars. Ever since they opened here in Allendale I have purchased their lattes almost daily. Quick service!!!! And it was deelish. Then they got a new machine which supposedly dispenses expresso when making lattes. Can't even drink the stuff now. Dumped $7 worth of bitter nasty coffee out. The first time I thought it was just a mistake, but yesterday got me second undrinkable cup of latte. I stopped coming to this location 3 years ago after having consistent horrible customer service. Every time I visited this location, something in my order was wrong and I ordered stuff straight off the menu- nothing crazy that would be easy to mess up. I recently decided to give this place another shot only to find that nothing has changed. My order was wrong and when I kindly pointed thus out to the employee, I received attitude instead of an apology. I also noticed how dirty everything was behind the counter. Food/drink spilled all over the cabinets, floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, even the coffee machine was gross looking. The owner clearly doesn't take pride in this place which is extremely unfortunate. The location downtown on Fulton is a million times better than this one. I love Tim Horton's, but the Allendale location will not be receiving my business. read more

As a longtime Tim Horton's fan I am very pleased to see one open locally. They have been open for about a month now and are still experiencing teething pains. The ordering seems to get lost in translation as sometimes coffee will have no sugar when requested via the drive thru (happened three times). Bagels are good, but sometimes they are not toasted enough - kinda chewy - so I order them 'double toasted' . The panini's we have had were very good. I bet that Tom Horton's will be a great addition to the community ..especially as they get more consistent in their operations ~ wishing them well....as I drink my Tim Horton's brew :) read more

Went through the drive thru and only received one correct item. The guy at the window told me all of their bagel and cream cheese options and when I asked for one of the options he immediately told me they were out. I ordered an 2 everything bagel with cream cheese toasted, one vanilla dip, one chocolate dip, and one cruller. I received 2 plain bagels untoasted with the wrong cream cheese, and 2 of the wrong donuts. Very disappointed with the customer service given as well. They literally never have anything on the menu. I tried to order a chicken panini and they said they can't give me one because the chicken wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. Then I asked for a breakfast burrito and they said they don't serve hash-browns anymore. Then I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese and they said they are out of every thing bagels. Tim Hortons is consistently great coffee. This location is also quite cozy inside. I loved the fireplace and chairs. I wish we had Tim Hortons back in Austin, TX. I can't eat the food, but it looks and smells amazing. I just came for the coffee. I will pick Tim Hortons coffee over Starbucks any day. They said, "Sorry our toaster is down!" then I attempted to order a breakfast wrap, "Sorry our panini machine is down!" I attempted to order a particular muffin (10 AM) and they said "Sorry we are out of that type of muffin!" We left and went somewhere else. This is the common theme at this location. I was looking forward to my iced coffee so much; I happily waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for it. When I drove away, the first thing I wanted to do was shove a straw in that baby and taste the nectar from the gods. I quickly realized that I didn't get a straw so I turned around and decided to go in thinking it would be faster. The store was crowded with customers and there was no order. It was impossible to tell who was in line waiting to order and who was waiting to receive their order, so I stood relatively near the register and waited another 5 minutes to be helped. When I finally had my straw and was on my way I tasted my coffee it was sour and watered down. I was so sad. So much trouble to go through for such horrible coffee. I'd rather have wasted it than gone back to the store and waited again to explain to someone my situation. read more

I went to Tim Hortons about an hour before I was supposed to start work and figured I would have enough time to sit in the parking lot and enjoy my food since I have a long commute to work. It took over a half hour for them to get through six cars. I got extremely frustrated since the clock was ticking and the line was not moving quickly at all. At first I thought the people ahead of me had just ordered a lot of food but when I finally got to the window, every single employee was standing around doing nothing. I would understand if they were swamped with orders and were working as quickly as they could, however the employees clearly made no effort to get things moving. Because of this I was late to work. The food was good but I wasn't able to enjoy it because of how slow their service was and I needed to get to work quickly. I was extremely upset considering it was noon and a high traffic lunch rush. First time I tried Tim Hortons after a friend told me how great their coffee is earlier this week. Very disappointing. I ordered the specialty breakfast sandwich, steak and egg three cheese bagel with hash browns and a medium hazelnut coffee. The sandwich was ready before I even finished paying which I thought was a little weird because it only took about one minute to pay. First bite and I knew why. The egg and bagel must have been precooked as they were both cold and the steak was luke warm at best, the hash brown was stale and to top it all off I've had better coffee at the gas station. Will not be wasting money on breakfast at Tim's again. read more
