I went to the Augusta location earlier today. Chris was VERY helpful, and the young gentleman who was unloading the truck was as well. My delivery was very quick ( an hour after purchase). My deliverymen (I forgot their names) were careful and mindful of my personal property. They were fast and very efficient. I'd recommend any and everyone I know to this store. Awesomeness. read more

At this time I am not happy. Have waited all day we had am delivery time was told 9 to 1. Still not here. Seem like we are getting the run around when we call them. On paper am is 10:30 to 2:30 it is now almost 4pm. No call from them. Now I am not wanting this washer and dryer set. Because now we are told we might not get it today. Smh. We ordered it Friday. Wasted a whole day. I see a lot of family that liked this. I do not recommend at this time. Update: They came at 6:30 but washer and dryer was giving to someone else. They went back to the store and got me a new Kenmore washer and dryer because of the order being put in wrong. Not the delivery guys fault but the one that put in the order. It was much later than it was supposed to be but we got our washer and dryer and they fixed the issue. Thank you guys. So I will change this to a 3! No prices posted. A lot of the appliances looked like they had been sanded down and spray painted. The website has pictures of really nice appliances, but this location was actually a very old, junky warehouse, appliance chop-shop that had nothing decent. Maybe if you're a student, or need something that works but doesn't look nice, this may be your place, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

Do not waste your time coming here. It is nothing but headache after headache after headache. Although if you're looking for a dryer that will get so hot it will burn your clothes and a washer that will flood your apartment , then this is the place for you. This is the worst experience ever. The salesman who sold it to us was named Michael. He specifically assured us that both of the items will be delivered on Wednesday (8/2/17) promptly between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm or later between 2:30 and 6:00pm with a phone call ahead (to make sure we weren't "stuck" in the house all day) if anything comes up that would prevent them from completing this order. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. We spent whole day waiting and called 3 times as well as left two messages without any reply. On Thursday, we drove back to the store and the same sales person "Michael" is at the front desk with our washer and dryer literally sitting right there where we picked them out. We inquired why did they not deliver the items and he claimed that "they were too busy" and that they "tried to call" which was a blatant lie, since we double checked the number on the copy of the sales slip (to make sure it was correct) and no calls, texts or voicemails were received. He assured us that they would deliver on Friday by 2:30 pm. (Which is odd because the sales slip explicitly says they only deliver Monday through Thursday, but he assured our items would be there on Friday). We again waited for the delivery or a phone call, which never came. After calling all the branches, several times, which all went to voicemail, except the main branch, which had their telephone service disconnected we became seriously nervous and began to suspect fraud. For the second time, we drove back to the location of the sale, at 5:30 pm (they do not close till 7pm) and the building was fully locked up and closed down. We walked around the building and saw both delivery trucks parked. We knocked on the doors several times. As we were waiting for response, another couple pulled up. They too were trying to find out what was going on with their purchased items. Not so surprisingly they also purchased their items on Monday and got the run around with switching dates and dodging phone calls. They informed her that the trucks were in the shop, which was obviously not true since two trucks are parked right outside. At this point, we assume this is a scam and a fraudulent company and reported the business to authorities as well as we disputed the charge. If the owner is reading this we would like to speak to you directly to clear this up. Unfortunately, at this time all communication has failed. read more

Tim HIgh's Warehouse feels like a bit like a sleazy used car sales experience. Once you show some interest in an appliance it is time for let's make a deal including a package of the appliance, delivery charges (not clearly spelled out) and their warranty option. I made what I thought was an agreement and scheduled delivery 6 days out giving them plenty of time. The day for delivery came and they were a no show. I had to call to find that they had put the wrong refrigerator on the truck. I demanded that they deliver the next day first thing. They initially did not agree to deliver us first because it would disrupt their schedule. After arguing my point further, they agreed to come in the morning. It is now 1:00 in the afternoon and I just spoke to the driver who informed me he was given a schedule that he has to keep and we are not due for delivery for another two hours. I was lied to and they are not professional or concerned about customer service or keeping their word. I will not do business with them again. If anything else goes wrong, I will demand my money back. read more

Very dishonest. I went here on 11-7 to look at their fridges. To start, the place is extremely unprofessional, the fridges are dirty, and there are no prices quoted. I told the guy what I was looking for and he tried to sell me a ln old side by side that was so dirty it was tinged yellow (and it was supposed to be white) for $300. That did not include delivery. I inquired about others and was given quotes. All of the prices come off of the top of their heads and they will fast talk you. I told him I would be back the next day with my husband. My husband and I go back on Sunday 11-8 and there is no sign of the guy I spoke with from the day before. Talked to another very cocky gentlemen who quoted me prices $200 or more HIGHER than what I was quoted for the same fridges the day before. Tried to fast talk my husband. Needless to say we left and will never go back. Please beware that these people are dishonest and sleazy. You would be better off buying scratch and dent from a Lowe's or Sears than dealing with these crooks. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had!!! Delivery was set for a Friday for a stove dishwasher and a fridge The dishwasher wasn't put on the truck the fridge was too big so all I received was the stove.. I was told that the rest would arrive sat .. I had to work so I had someone sit at my home all day for nothing Sunday same thing... Nothing Finally Tuesday they showed up 5 hrs later than promised and I got a fridge with no ice bin and one of the doors has no shelves... They set my dishwasher in the corner of my Kitchen and left I had to call and figure out What was going on .. I them had to wait even longer for a certified electrician to come remove my old dishwasher and hook up the new one... This has been an all month process .. If they say they are coming, they don't, if they promise something they don't.. One guy said he would personally bring my my ice bin and shelves and never came!!! Delivery service is awlful. Ordered on Friday to be delivered at am delivery 9 to 1. Call twice when that window was closing was told should be there soon and will get a call when 30mins out. Waited till paper am delivery time which is 10:30am to 2:30pm. Called again was told there is no guarantee on time and even though we are number five It might not get here. Been waiting all day is is now five and they close at seven. Regretting purchase. Will do another review for product. Hope that is better than delivery. read more

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a GE frig on 9-25 and pre paid for a matching GE range. I was assured numerous times by Chris that they get lots of GE Stainless Steel ranges in and it would be no problem to secure me a set as long as I paid for them and gave them a two week window. After more than two weeks past I called to confirm they had my appliances, I was told that they did. My husband stopped by the store to see our set and confirm that they were what we paid for. When he arrived he was shown another set which was Kenmore set and was not the GE appliances we paid for. We were told they sold the frig we picked out and paid for to another person and switched our appliance set to Kenmore?? After refusing the set and being denied our money back I called and spoke with Jason the store manager. I have been promised for over 2 weeks now that he is getting our GE set and would send me pictures. It is now 11-3 I have never gotten any pictures and still have no appliances. I am continually getting the run around and can't believe they are still refusing to give our money back. We lost our home and all our belongings to a house fire on 4-8 and tried to save some money and buy a nice used set of appliances from Tim's. We are moving into our new home today and I have four kids to provide for. I have no frig or range- no money to buy another set and still have not got the GE set I was promised by this company. Buyer Beware this has been a nightmare of lies and manipulations. Do not spend your money with this company. You can not trust them and they obviously have no integrity or they would have refunded our money immediately once they realized they "mistakenly" sold our frig to another person and have never been able to even get the GE range they promised. I understand a "no refund policy" but certainly that should not apply to a situation where we never received the products we paid for to begin with and have waited over 30 days for them to remedy the situation. read more
