He failed to check the teeth on a horse he did a pre-purchase exam on for me. Cost of PPE was $1450 and he rudely refused to refund any of it, depsite checking the horse's teeth being a most basic part of a PPE according to the Merck Veterinary Manual, and common knowledge, despite the fact I told him the horse's age was very important to me, and despite his office staff confirming the teeth should be checked during the PPE. Horse turned out to be not 12, but 19. Rather a gross error, and it cost me a lot of money since the horse is now retired with severe navicular (which he also probably had at the time of the PPE.) Massive fail, massively rude. Would never recommend him to anyone. read more
