Scott's scratch paper explaining payments that was a lie
    April Y.

Highlights: the car is great and my salesman Xander was wonderful. Lowlights: Scott in finance and Ayser in whatever he does. Breakdown: Ayser - talked me out of putting cash down and promised me a specific monthly payment. Mentioned nothing about the pre-installed (extra) brake light that comes standard on my (used) vehicle. Scott - wasted my time and energy doing these ridiculous speculative payment options while again promising me that their $1000 "gift" would lower my monthly payments to what I agreed to. I asked several times "this will be my payment?" He circled it and said "yes". We then got to signing the paperwork and I noticed I'm actually being charged $499 for that useless brake light they add on. Scott was quick to blame XANDER for not telling me about this when it was actually Ayser's responsibility to inform me about this. Fast forward to my payment arriving and it's $83/mo more than I agreed to. When I tried to engage Scott in discussion about this, he gaslit me and ghosted. Buyer beware: the salesmen get no commission because the finance guys will screw you over in the end.

Received amazing customer service at this dealership from all the staff . Adrian assisted us in finding everything we wanted in the cx5 including the color , leather seats, all wheel drive and of course with low mileage and still under warranty . Mazda drives great and already have appreciated how it handles in snow , super smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend If you're in the market for a new or used car to make them your first visit. The service here can't be beat !

I contacted them via text to verify the dimensions on the hitch receiver that was noted on the ad and a rep named Steven text me back and told me the measurements which were what I needed. Even verified the towing capacity weight limit. Steven scheduled an appointment for 4:30 to look at the car. I met with Ameer and explained what I was looking for, specifically needing a car with a hitch receiver for my bike rack. During our discussion and while looking at my trade-in, I noticed there was no hitch receiver on the car. I explained to Ameer both the ad on the website and the person I initially text both said there was a receiver on this car. Ameer blamed the website saying that it was updated just two days ago (I don't buy that one for a minute). I test drove it anyway even though at that point I was 50/50 on whether I would purchase it without the hitch receiver. He said he could call around and see what it would cost to put a hitch on the car which would be aftermarket but if we went through BMW would be $3000. We went back back-and-forth because I wanted a discount for the lack of hitch, but they just refused to come down even with my dissatisfaction of driving all that way in traffic to look at a car that was misrepresented both online and by an agent of the dealership. One thing to note... When he did present me with the purchase numbers, there was a $999 charge on there for WWK. Turns out it's a windshield and key warranty that is OPTIONAL, but was added to the final sales price as if it was part of the standard fees. Ameer did tell me what it was before I could ask so I give him credit for that. My overall impression is negative. Although the car was nice, it was not as advertised and I wasted an hour travel time in traffic to look at a car that wouldn't suit my needs. I let the dealership know that I felt this was a potential "bait and switch.". He said he would call me with hitch receiver prices the following morning after talking to both U-Haul and Rack N Road, both of which were still open while I was there, so why he couldn't call at that point I have no idea. It was 5:30 PM. If you go to look at cars there, make sure you double check that the advertisement online is actually representative of the vehicle you were looking at. The car was great, and if it had everything as advertised, it would probably be sitting in my garage this morning. And read over any paperwork very carefully.

They said they just needed to run it through their service dept to make sure everything checked out since it was new on the lot and we could finalize the sale as soon as it came back. Well, it came out clean and I came back to finish the purchase right away and they had raised the price on me $2k!! no apologies, no meet in the middle, just that the owner decided over the weekend he could get more money for the Jeep and so he didn't honor our agreement. After my prior car buying experience was not the best at a Utah dealership (a three-letter acronym…read morethat will not be named), I was going in jaded and very guarded. I started the search process thru Cars.com found a couple cars I was interested in and reached out to the respective sales reps. Shelby reached out promptly to ask a few questions and set up an appointment. I met Shelby at the dealership where she asked a few more detailed questions and listened intently before I took a test drive. I liked the car, but there was another on the lot that I had marked to test drive. Shelby asked if I had seen that it had been a minor accident, which I had missed during my review of the online details. She suggested a few other options, but they didn't fit what I was looking for. I explained I had another car I was test driving that day, with more in days coming. Near the end of this visit the sales manager, Ray, introduced himself and offered his help if there was something that I needed and Shelby was unavailable. During the week Shelby reached out to see how test driving was going. She was inquisitive and offering her expertise without any high-pressure sales technique. Not once did I hear anything like "I have another interested party." or "This price is special and won't last." to encourage a hastied decision. After testing driving the other vehicles, I reached out to Shelby to check if the car I liked was still available, and if so that I would like to move forward with the purchase. To ensure reliability and condition of what I was about to purchase, I asked that they allow me to do a pre-purchase inspection at an independent service shop - which was no issue. While we waited for the final documentation prep Shelby mentioned snacks, beverages, and food they had available then escorted me to their STI Cafe where they have fresh-made sandwiches and baked goods, fruit cups, yogurt, along with an assortment of candy. During midday hours you can get a full lunch. Much to my surprise this was complements when purchasing a car. It'd be a lie to say I wasn't very suspicious - again, based on my prior experience at another dealer. The seating area was bright and clean with a few semi-private nooks with tables, open high and low seating areas, plus a kids play area with a car to examine and a mini drag race ramp. The wait was a little bit long and Shelby checked in with me a few times during. None of it felt phony or fake, just surprising in a good way. When everything was ready I met with John in finance to complete the transaction. He confirmed all necessary details then an assortment of warranty and maintenance packages were offered with suggestions and no real pressure. Descriptions of differences between various offerings and how that changes out-of-pocket expenses in the event. No pressure, but rather a discussion. While car buying is always a little stressful, I didn't feel like I was pressured from Shelby or anyone I worked with to buy this or add that. As a female, I did my research and let Shelby know what I was interested in and she listened. She talked with me and not at or down to me. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Shelby again strictly for how she handled every interaction. If you're in the market to buy a car, I would suggest Mark Miller Midtown Subaru. Ask for Shelby.

They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!
