Thinking she was going to get it on her way in to make up for being over a half hour late I said yes. That was the wrong choice. The stylist ordered it but asked me to go pick it up across the street. First of all I had never met this woman before in my life. It just felt oddly unprofessional. When she came in she was clearly running late because of a late night and hungover as she discussed her night with her coworkers. It's an open salon, everybody can hear your conversations. The second time, I gave another try because my hair did look good & perhaps it was an off day that first time. This time though, I noticed my hair didn't look as great as the first time and it felt rushed. Tried a new stylist for the third time and she got bleach on the back of my shirt but didn't tell me, found out when I got home. I wish she just mentioned it at least.

I left with the promise we would work together on the coloring and install of the forgotten weft at the time of move up. One week after install, ALL wefts had managed to come unsewn at the initial stitching plain as day when looking at me straight on. After a few weeks due to my work schedule, I called to book an appointment and was declined stating Lexi was unsure that I would be a good fit as their client. I believe this to be due to the fact that myself and three of her stylists all agreed the platinum blonde was not the correct choice. You were called out and then asked to be accountable and yet you've managed to not step up once. way to go Lexi, no wonder you're left having to hire more stylists.

Like I said previously, I have been seeing her at the Beacon Hill / Seattle location since I was little. She styled my hair for all my middle and high school dances. Gave me my first haircut, perm, highlights, Balayage and the list goes on. Typically, I always need to refresh my balayage and come in for a split end trim. I always get my hair layered bc its super thick and heavy. Teresa always knows exactly what to do. If I'm going for something different than my usual, I bring in pictures and that is all she needs! This woman has been doing my lashes for a while and they are the fluffiest, most long lasting sets I've gotten. Trust me when I tell you, this retention is ! She's very accommodating as I started to get allergic reactions to the glue she was using, she had other glue types which were hypoallergenic or just better for sensitive peepz. Not only does she do lashes but she also does hair! I've attached some photos of her work on my hair! Pricing is competitive but also depends on the service you are getting. I have so much hair and she got through it without a problem... the fluffy volume lash fills are also at a fair price! The salon is completely new so you will feel completely comfortable and refreshing during your appointment. Not sure if this will change but during my appointments, the salon did not have a receptionist so you contact your artist once you have arrived for your appointment and they will bring you back to their station(s).

Today my day off, I didn't plan to get my haircut. I was looking through on Yelp not knowing where to go or what salon close to home Renton. I reviewed Tily salon comments and saw my niece left a comment on Tily comments page. I contact my niece turn out is wasn't my niece, but they happened to have same name and last name this person gave Tily 5 stars and excellent reviewed. I called Tily not knowing today she was closed and by appointment only. I was told she always booked can take a months or year to book appointment with her. This is amazing accidental experience she able to help me and cut my hair without appointment. Tily fixed my hair from the person who had cut my four months ago so call he the best in Renton area that to tell you I am not going back to see him again. This is my first time meeting Tily for the very time she made me felt comfortable and special. I'm elated with my haircut and gained friendship with Tily. I have had my hair done by tily for about 8 years now. She's really amazing I wouldn't trust anybody before her because I had a bad experience. She got to know my type of hair and my likes and dislikes about color and hair cut. I really didn't know what color or hair cut look good on me she was very helpful didn't pressure me or told me otherwise and also recommended some ideas alone the way. Tily has made me feel that a hair dresser should get to know her clients first and makes them feel comfortable.she has win my trust all of this years. I change my hair color every now then. I done from brown, burgundy, ombré, and blonde. My hair has looked so much better that my coworker once ask me if I was wearing extensions. I have recommended tiley to my friends, Co-workers, sister-in-law, sister. Everyone loves her and they are pleased with me. My experience has been awesome because she does a great job. I went to see Tily today to have a hair trim. She is so precise and so details about cutting the hair. It came out just perfect .. how I like it. I'm so picky about hair cut. I'll so glad that I found her. I used to have someone else cut my hair but she moved away. For over a year I've didn't have anyone . I really like Tily when she cut my hair because she is very gentle with my hair. And she is a good listener. She also has lots of good ideas about which hair style is best for me. I also highlighted my hair. She made it look so natural and she choose Carmel color foot me. I love it... She is so talented and gifted. The price was also reasonable for what she does with my hair. This incredible artist was a " God send"! I was in distress with my hair. My long tresses had been severely compromised by poor quality color and lack of service care. My hair was a mess and was broken and thin .. My mane was always my pride. Lily did a miracle with my cut and her kind support.. listening skillls... and utmost professional skills, and transformed my hair into a chicque pixie!! Gorgeous! My friend highly recommended Tily, and she did not disappoint!! After my hairstylist of 27 year retired what followed was two years of TERRIBLE haircuts!!. When I arrived at Tily's I had a bunch of bad layers, with a chunk of hair missing on one side! Tily knew how to work with what I had and made something beautiful . Tily was amazing with my hair. I had damaged c3 curly African American hair that I have been neglecting and it has been thinning due to menopause. Tilly was able to do a gentle Japanese thermal relaxer/reconditioning. Tily is a skIlled hairstylist! I have been getting my hair done by her for almost three years. When I used to dye my hair, many places in the area would do a bad job that stained the dye oh my scalp.
