We used to have a Tilted Kilt in South Florida, where I am from, but it closed a few years ago. I was happy to see a location in the Linq when we were walking out in Las Vegas. My husband and I went in and we were immediately seated. There is a huge bar downstairs that is surrounded by high tops and lots of TVs. There is also a very large area upstairs. It was fairly empty on a Tuesday night. The menu has all of the usual pub food fare. I was in the mood for a salad and I decided on the Bleu Cheese Steak Salad. It was a nice portion with a big helping of steak that was cooked to perfection. I was going to ask our server, Lydia for a steak knife, but I did not really need one because steak cut easily. It was delicious! My husband ordered the buffalo chicken salad. That portion was huge as well and he also said it was really good.. They have a full liquor bar with just about anything you could ask for and a really long beer list including some local Vegas brews. We were able to enjoy some nice cold beers and watch some of the college bowl games that were on in December while we were there. Lydia was friendly and knowledgeable which made it a terrific evening. I am delighted that we found Tilted Kilt because the food and drinks were good and we had excellent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back the next time. Typical sports bar with scantily clad servers. They were open for early games. Had limited breakfast options. Pancakes, French toast, breakfast pizza, sausage muffins, and a platter were all ordered. All were meh. But, this place is super convenient and has a ton of televisions to watch all the games! Easy seating for large parties. Ordered various beers, coffees and bloody Mary's (don't get these - not spicy even when asked - just tomato juice). Server was terrific - shout out to Sydney! Super attentive and friendly. There is a male bathroom attendant working for tips so beware of that. We had large party of ten. They will only split bill between 4 cards and only evenly. Super inconvenient. Would suggest large parties breaking up along long tables as the pain of calculating a bill isn't worth it. Kinda dumb how they can't just do it by seat - especially since they have the portable credit card machine. They would still earn 20% from bills. This alone makes it not worth going. read more

this place was soooo good!! my friend and i came here bc we saw that they had deals for cinco de mayo (and were playing the hockey game). food was good, portions were huge, and the ambience was cute. the margarita was delish but oh my god do not order a paloma idk what they put it in it but it sank like a rock. Hostess was awesome. Walked up to check out the menu and she was super friendly. Asked to be seated in the bar area and she scored me a seat just off the bar. Waitress who took my order was distant and not super friendly. She didnt ask me if i wanted a 2nd beer til my plate was cleared and at that point, why bother? Burger had good texture and flavor. I'm giving this place 5 stars off the fact that the staff was very friendly and we were seated and served food even past midnight. I came to Vegas with my family on a short trip and we just wanted somewhere convenient that would serve us food and alcohol before going back to our hotels. The servers were very nice and attentive and the food was great. The loaded tots had a bunch of toppings that just worked and the spinach dip was cheesy, creamy and flavorful which is all you can ask for. My first visit to a TK. We wanted to find a relaxing establishment that has tvs to watch the championship game before our flight. Ambiance 5/5 - this restaurant has a tv basically in every nook and cranny. Loved it!!!!! Once the game was ready to begin they shut the music off and tv sound up. I enjoyed relaxing with good company, good food and drink with football watching from all angles. Service 5/5 - from the hostess to the server to the busser we had no issues. Idk who our server was but she was very attentive. She has the tattoo of her birth year. She was hustling all over but kept her composure. The busser took our plates when we were done. Nice young man. Food 4/5 - ordered the pretzel as appetizer. It was fluffy and just enough salt on top. I really like the beer cheese it came with. Ordered the Mother Clucker hold the ranch and grilled. The chicken was a little dry but it was flavored decently. Loved their seasoned French fries. Ordered 10 wings. Enjoyed they were lit swimming in sauce but I thought they were too on the drier side. It was pricey but what isn't plus it filled the time and what we were looking for. We asked for water three times and our server never brought it, and it took about 15 min after we were finished to get the check. So I checked out all the Happy Hours in the Linq Promenade and I felt like this place had the best deal. $2 off beer. Today, I got my favorite Arizona beer - KiltLifter Amber. Then I tried the Smithwicks - The new, second waitress, was nice enough to give me a frosted glass. She must have realized I really like and prefer my beer ICE cold. Thank you. I have never tried their food. Atmosphere - Sports themed. Actually the place is huge and has TWO floors. I have never made it past the bar by the front door, lol. I just came here for the beers, HH. This is my new go-to place for HH when staying at the Linq to kill time. :) Service - The second waitress was better than the first one. This is probably my worst dine in experience I've ever had...... Saturday evening me and 4 friends went in to watch the Laker game and UFC fight. A gentleman began helping us with our first round, he eventually left the shift before we closed. None of the other bartenders ever checked on us again not Once! We asked to close out, my friend paid and truthfully she did not leave gratituity, We were not served but that initial time with the First Gentlemen, We decided to as the waitress for a round of shots before we left. She said nothing and walked away, after a few minutes we flag her down and ask again, she kinda brushed us off and walked away. We waited a few more minutes and my friend decided to walk to the other side and ask her what's going on. She proceeds to say "Well you didnt tip me on the last tab" My friend said you never served us or checked on us not once why would I leave you gratuity. We decided to speak to the manager and the manager lead the conversation with "we have the right to refuse service" Talk about leading your staff by example I told the manager I am a bartender and server and in none of my places of employment can I simply ignore clients because they close a tab and not tip. Our job as consumers is to pay for what wr consume and gratuity is based on service which the girls attitude towards us was horrible why would she expect a tip? We went with a party of 6. We were seated right away and not 1 staff acknowledged us. After 20 minutes one of our party went to the just stand to ask if we had a server. A waitress came over and took our order she did apologize for the wait. As she walked towards the back another waitress went up to her and said that's my table what are you doing. We could see them arguing. Food came out decent timing but 1 order was made wrong. They took it back and everyone was done eating and ready to go before the correct order came out. When the waitress brought the bill we had been charged for both plates the wrong one and right one. We never got refills on water or soda. The check took so long to get even after asking for it. The waitress took out other drinks and buses dishes on other tables before finally bringing our incorrect bill. We like the convenience of the tilted kilt in Vegas, but I don't know if we'll go back again. read more

We stopped in for a quick drink and food. They had a happy hour special where select apps were $7. We started with the massive pub pretzel! It was served with 3 different sauces: a mustard, queso, and pub cheese. My favorite was the queso! We also got the Reuben pizza. This was good pub food. I had a Corn Beef Ruebin with Sweet Potato Fries. Was disappointed that we were not notified that we would be charged extra for the "upgrade." I would have paid it anyway, and I did pay it, just like to know up front. My friend had Salmon. Salmon is usually good, because it's not something that can be cooked and reheated. It's usually cooked when ordered, because it cooks quickly. Nothing is cheap in Vegas any more. I'm old enough to remember when the Casinos practically gave food away to get you inside. Now, not even the casinos have food that's not overpriced. Sandwich and a drink roughly $50. Not just here but pretty much everywhere. I'd definitely eat here again. read more

I feel bad leaving this to be honest. Seemed like a really fun atmosphere for the Chiefs vs. Chargers game. My two friends and myself were seated and nobody came to take our order or even serve us water.... At all. We sat at our table for 25 minutes+ before we finally gathered our things and walked out. Like I said, it was really disappointing because the atmosphere looked fun and the menu looked pretty good too. Trust me, I had a long time to read it. My friends and I came here came here bit on a whim. We were walking around the strip looking for some lunch and the Tilted Kilt caught our eye. Its a sports bar with servers wearing Kilts theme. We came during a lunch shift and a quick look around looks like they had a lot of seating available. Once we gave our group size of 5, we were promptly sat. That's where anything being "prompt" ended. What was especially slow was the getting drinks from the bar. In my past life, worked in the service industry so I try to be reasonable about expectations on wait times. I look for things such as was our server double sat or are we in the middle of a rush lunch? In this case, it seems that the place was understaffed. The bar looked overwhelmed to handle both bar and table orders. I will say, once we did get our drinks and food, it was good. Specifically, I loved the wings and the fish tacos. Being from WA state, loved seeing a WA state IPA on the beer menu. Our waitress was nice and she did the best she could with food/drinks coming out slow. 3 stars on Yelp is an "okay" rating and that's exactly how I felt (especially if you're eating at some of the other high end places on the strip). Think of this place on par as places like Buffalo Wild Wings or Applebees or any sports themed restaurant and if that's what you're looking for then you'll be fine here. If you want something more upscale with attention to customer service then you probably want to try something else. read more

We got lucky on a table for two on a super busy Friday night during March madness. I was expecting slow service with how packed it was, but our server was on top of it for us. She was attentive and didn't slack on the refills and great conversation. The southern fried chicken sandwich was solid, but did fall apart a bit and the mashed potatoes were drenched in butter so that was mildly unappealing.
