Stopped in here for a quick little bite to eat and some drinks they open at 4 PM. We were there just a couple minutes before and waited until they opened. They opened a couple minutes after four which was fine we still waited. The girl at the front acted like she did not want to acknowledge us, walked away when a guy came up and thanked us for waiting and started to help us. We get seated. A girl comes over to take our order. We ask if they have a specific beer she said no she recommends another one. She asked three times if we wanted her to come back and then just walked off. TV's everywhere with different games on each, excitement of fans cheering on their team, the food is frickin delicious!!! We got the chicken nachos, truffle fries and boneless bbq wings. Perfect pair with a cold beer or a Coca Cola (to cure the hangover w an excedrin lol). Our server Camila, cute and sweet little thing. Very attentive even in a busy setting. Went last night for an NFR watch party. Hostess was great got us in and explained everything. Waiter was clearly not overly busy but rarely bothered to come to our table. There was a minimum purchase and you would think he would be checking a lot. He would go 40 minutes without checking on us (we timed it). When he did check in he was inattentive and rushing away. We watched him stand by the register talking to other staff for 10-15 minutes at a time. Food was good but basic. Setting for the watch party was good just awful service. read more

*Located beside Fuhu and Wally's* I believe this place is much busier in the daytime and early evening but when we got here around midnight on Sunday it was a lot more tame with house music (live DJ). Didn't stay here for long but I loved the arcade games and also appreciated the fact that they were free to play. They even have extra large chess and checked pieces for what I can only imagine is for like life size gameplay or just photo decorum. I ordered a $13 20oz of Mango Cart but you can also order a 32oz of their draft beers, if you please. They do have options for table service and the like since they have a live DJ but we did not choose to partake as we had just been partying at Ayu before it started raining. I know that Red Tail sometimes offers complimentary entry as the official after party for Ayu or UFC fights so it's definitely worth checking out. The food here is good and I love the activities that they have, but the reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I made a reservation for a large group for this weekend on OpenTable, but I found out that they are actually closed on that day. The only reason I found out is because I went on the website to look at their menu and there was a little note that said "closed December 12-19". This note was not there when I made the reservation, but nobody bothered to inform us about it. Were they just gonna wait until the day before to tell us? I feel this was very irresponsible and I even checked and they are still allowing reservations on OpenTable on the dates that are closed. We also called to confirm and they did say that they were closed and the representative for Resorts World offered to book us at a different restaurant, which was nice, but not what we wanted to do. Last time I went too, we checked in after reserving online, but they never marked me as checked in, so OpenTable emailed me, saying I was a no-show and if I did that again, they would put a ding on my account, even though I was there and checked in with the restaurant. It's almost as if they don't communicate at all with OpenTable, so why even use that service? Ugh, I hope they get their act together because this is a great place to go and have a fun time, but they drop the ball with their reservation system and lack of communication. Even when calling the restaurant, they have no direct phone number, so the representative on the phone for Resorts World had to call the restaurant next to Red Tail to get in contact with someone there. I'm still gonna go here, but don't plan on having an event here if you don't want to risk something happening last minute. read more

My friends and I came here to hang out. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was extremely mediocre but the fries were good. Service was alright. It took our server some time to get our drinks, food, pick up the bill, & etc but she was nice. Maybe it's just the lack of staff due to the pandemic? It wasn't that big of a deal to me since my friends & I were catching up. But the environment is so fun! They had arcade games inside and also life size beer pong in the front. I didn't hop into many bars while on my visit, but I did hop into this one to meet up with some friends. I will say that they had an interesting take on the bar experience here. The drinks flow here and the food hits. You can definitely find yourself having a good time without realizing you have been there for hours. It is kind of like a sports bar on steroids. Things that stood out to me was the collection of arcade games. Some dating back to when I was younger. A basketball game that I personally was never good at. The billiards tables, which is always a draw in a bar. But the biggest thing, and I do mean the biggest thing, that stood out for me was their version of beer pong. Red Solo cups that are about the size of a garbage can, paired with a basketball, can turn into an interesting, no-holds-barred game. It was a bummer that all the employees were not smiling and very short with their tables expect for the guy cleaning off the tables. Very interactive with the guess and super nice. The seating area was close to the nearly (if not) wall-sized screen, but not too close where one would say their eyes hurt. Based on my experience, this is how it went visiting for the first time. Made reservations from our room on a Sunday morning for 1pm. Seated right away with 3 other tables already being served. Lexi took our drink and food orders and were delivered at a suffice time. By the way, there are arcade games for free that you can play while you wait for your food, which also helps not think about being hungry. As far as the food......Poke Nachos (with won ton chips) are darn good, the Wagyu Burger with mushrooms took care my appetite, the fish and chips were pretty good considering I dont eat it at all, maybe once. How fun is this place!? You get to play games for free, as long as you are a patron of the bar. They have an automated beer pong table that makes the game fun and seamless. They also have a DDR machine, which is such a throwback, but an arcade staple. I had a blast at the basketball game and must have played like 4 rounds. Came here with a group of 12 while it wasnt busy so we got seated on couches with dining tables. It has a nice lounge ambiance and the music was at a good volume. Didnt have to scream over each other but loud enough to feel the bass. They had a few old arcades that you could play, free of charge. But what was really cool is that they had a couple of beer pong tables with cool lights and a large BARREL beer pong setup, that you throw soccer balls into. We ordered garlic fries, poke over fried wonton skins, nachos, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious! But I have to say that these were probably the best garlic fries I've ever had. Extremely crispy on the outside, but not over fried. It crunched then crumbled as you bit through the exterior. Then you get to a soft warm inside full of starchy potato. The service was excellent. I had just landed in Vegas. Dropped off my bags at the Crockford's hotel and went to watch football. The other sports bar on property was super crowded with no seats available. At Red Tail, I was able to find a seat at the bar. The venue had tons of big screen TVs. The animation theme was cool and artistic! I ordered a Slick Rick cocktail and a The Asian Ginger Salad with Seared Tuna. Everyone around me was polishing off bar food like chicken wings and burgers and fries. I was getting jealous... but was so happy with my order when it came out. The salad was huge, the searing of seared tune was generous. I couldn't finish all that cabbage, but I felt nice and full! Really disappointing. THE GOOD: The Poke Nachos were great. THE BAD: They were out of all sodas except Diet Coke and Sprite. Weird. They got one of our burger orders wrong, then insisted it was right until we read them the descriptions of the two different burgers; wouldn't be an issue, except the burger we ordered was the very expensive Waygu one, but we received the equivalent of a Bacon Western. When they replaced the burger, it took forever and then was way too hot to eat for another 15 min. They also got our sides wrong, they brought fries instead of our upgraded onion rings and truffle fries. Their "Golden State" burger has no cheese one it, not CA in my mind, and SOOOOO dry. You know exactly why you are getting one star. People read the reviews, this business is just like any other Vegas strip overpriced under promised restaurant, but their managers and owners could not care less about their customers. They booked a burger popup with NACB burger based out of Texas. Their burger was fantastic, but was ruined by this horrible restaurant and their worse managers/owners. So to try the NACB popup you had to pay 16 dollars a seat (not towards your meal). Not a big deal, except upon arrival they put the tables out in the middle of resorts worlds walkway (not in their fun dining section, like FALSELY ADVERTISED in their open table PAID experience reservation. To make it worse, they have zero remorse and made us wait 50 MINUTES past our res time with nowhere to sit or anything to do. The manager comes up at one point to his poor hourly workers and just scoffs at all of us angry customers and says, "they can wait if they want to." Without ever addressing us. MEANWHILE the owner of NACB burger is desperately trying to apologize but it's no use. His food was remarkable but he worked with the wrong people here, it ruined his experience. I have no problem waiting, but to be put aside for some "high roller vips that just came in" is truly disgusted because... WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SEATS AND HAD NO MEANS OF A REFUND TO JUST LEAVE. Had an amazing time at Red Tail. Atmosphere is awesome. Great games, great food, and we had the most amazing waitress. Justice was pleasant and attentive she kept us laughing and made our experience so much better. She offered plenty of options with both food and drinks and made sure we felt welcome. We never felt pressured to leave and she even brought out our competitive spirit with the games they offer. Sports on the tvs and super comfortable laid back experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The hostesses and manager were very rude and had bad attitudes at the hostess stand before we had a chance to enter the establishment. We were in town for a bachelorette trip and wanted dinner. They said that they couldn't sit a group of 11, and when we offered to sit at 2 separate tables, they said they couldn't do that since she said "y'all re clearly together since y'all have on matching shirts". She rolled her eyes while saying that as well. At this point, I walked away. I refused to spend my money where I am not welcomed. So, some of our groups still ate there, but two of us ate in the Famous Foods area as seen in TikTok. We finished eating and played in the casino and they were just getting their food to eat. So we walked back to the restaurant to let them know we were leaving to get ready for the night. The manager says "weren't y'all just here?" with an attitude. He made a big deal about me not entering with a water bottle, so I handed it to my other friend since we both didn't have to go in. A dope sports bar in the NEW Resorts World in Las Vegas! We just checked into the Conrad in the new Resorts World in Lad Vegas and decided to check this place out as it was intriguing. Located inside the District (Mall) area of resorts world and just a few feet from Zouk Club is Red Tail , a cute sports bar also owned by Zouk. Zouk is the new entertainment complex inside Resorts World. Red Tail features a simple but savory menu, wall to wall sports projectors, tabletop and couch seating, arcade games, a full bar, and fun. Decided to get some lunch here and was super surprised! These are probably some of the best Lemon Pepper Wings I have ever had. They weee crispy and flavorful. The ranch was soooooo good. We also ordered a Loaded Chicken Nachos, Tater Tots, and BBQ chicken wings. The loaded chicken nachos featured a sort of stewed chicken breast which is very good the only gripe I had about these is that they use the processed cheese which kind of watered down and and deflated the whole nacho/fresh experience. The tater tots were not very hot and barely cooked. The barbecue chicken wings were great. All in all the star of this restaurant is definitely the wings! Cant be beat hands down. Probably the best in the immediate area. Wings are ordered by the pound which is about 7 to 10 wings per order. As someone else said the menu was pricey we paid $60 for all of this food. But for the strip it is a pretty decent price. I would definitely be back to just order the wings to go. We sat down because we did not want to take things to go and have it fresh but the tables ended up being very dirty. Not sure why seeing as there was hardly anyone in there.
