Great pool side bar and grill! My Cadillac orange margarita was really good, not too strong, citrus-y, with a nice GM float and an orchid for aesthetics. Beautiful drink while watching my babe swim! The fries were perfectly cooked and salted. We only had fries and drinks, but service was wonderful, quick, friendly, and served right at pool side.

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat the wave grill (in the same area as the marketplace) is a great place to stop. We are here in the 'off season' so the menu might expand later in the year but so far we haven't been dissatisfied with the limited menu. It does what it needs to do when we don't feel like leaving the hotel. The staff are great!

Whew! A long drive and tons of traffic, we finally made to Las Vegas to swap our rental car, due to be rammed in the side by a deer. By the time we finally made it to the Hilton Grand Resort on the Strip, we were beat. So we decided to grab a quick bite at Waves. It was busy but we (self seat) found a table at the far end. A little odd as we were fully dressed and most patrons were in swimsuits. In a few minutes our waitress came with menus and waters. My wife chose the Southwest Chicken with fries and I opted for the Boulevard Burger with onion ring upgrade. After a bit our orders came, and a wonderful surprise - a container full of condiments. I suppose the packets are safer and easier to handle in this area. Both sandwiches were excellent, hot and tasty, as were the sides. We were both hungry as breakfast was now 7 hours behind us. Excellent service and delicious food, the only drawback was the really loud music that made it hard to talk.

    Carne Asada fries

The bartender was friendly and attentive. Be sure to try the carne asada fries - they're incredibly flavorful and come in a generous portion. It's a real treat to relax by the pool while enjoying such a delicious meal!

Actually really good for hotel bar & grill! Service was great and the food was fresh and delish. I was pleasantly surprised.

Chicken sandwich and carne asada fries were delightful. Price is a buck or two more than I'd like but that's the strip for you.

The ambiance at night is nice and dimly lit. Great menu and nicely priced. There's currently a 3 course special that comes with a salad, salmon, tiramisu, and bottomless wine for $60! It's definitely worth it. The goat cheese spread tasted great with the salad. The salad also comes as a big portion. The salmon was huge and perfectly moist. I got the foie gras on French toast. It had the perfect amount of salty and tart sweet flavor with the blackberry-cherry sauce. It comes as an appetizer, but because it's so good, I don't recommend sharing since the portion is so small. I got the spicy seafood pasta, and it was amazing! It had the perfect amount of spice and it comes with a hefty amount of seafood along with a whole big lobster tail! The shrimps that it came with were also huge and there were plenty of calamari and octopus with the pasta. This dish was such a great deal with the portion and the amount of seafood it came with. My only complaint is that they can lighten the amount of fresh basil they put in. I highly recommend! Last, we got the creme brulee, which comes with orange biscotti. It's a shareable portion, and perfectly sweet. Our server Zoe was also amazing! She was super friendly and answered all the questions we had with the menu. Great place for a low key date at Desert Shores and some awesome food!

Add the potatoes, eggs, and toast and you better bring a friend. This is old school vegas and feels like it with booths and the servers outfits. Being Quiet enough to have a conversation, must have to do with the layout, because with that many people in most restaurants, you would not be able to hear each other. It's rather fascinating. The quality of the food... You are getting exactly what you're expecting. Well cooked and seasoned, great combinations, and quality meats why didn't I give it 5 stars. Because I have been to the Peppermill in Reno. It's a complete casino with the same great food, tables and better lighting I am not a fan of booths. However if you're not either, the Peppermill has an old fashion counter to sit at. Watch the symphony of cooks and servers doing the dance that makes the Peppermill a great place to eat.

That and the 24/7 hours half the week make it especially inviting to stop by. We went because of the reviews and the 7 am open time on a Monday. We took the observation that the portions are huge to heart (maybe literally) and took our chances on sharing a Sonoran omelette with hash browns and English muffins. My dear friend was very pleased with the taste, portions and the perfect texture and buttering of the muffins. The host was a little unwelcoming but the server was very cheerful and helpful so don't let that put you off. I had to pick out the jalapeños but otherwise the meal was pretty good. Our coffee bumped the total up by almost $10 and we tipped $8 so breakfast got two was actually $30: a typical price in 2026. The vibe is old school Vegas down to the neon, vinyl, stained glass lamps and even the amusingly blue and pink sugar to add their thematic color scheme to your pancakes or toast! Beef carpaccio was a modernized twist to the Vietnamese dish. Recommended. Oxtail hummus was a heartier dish and good contrast to the lighter carpaccio starter. Oxtail was decently tender, braised in a savory sauce. I liked the combination with the hummus to balance. Roasted cabbage - I always get roasted cabbage and this one didn't disappoint. Whole Dorade - flavorful, gental citrus sauce that complemented the white fish. It was deboned and filleted, making it easy to eat. Lamb was excellently prepared as well. Hard to pick between this and the Dorade, so go with what you're craving or just get both - you won't regret it. Honey cheese plate with triple cream Brie was worth it. The grilled milk bread goes very well with the spread. Recommended. Baked Alaska - fun dessert flambéed in rum table side. It was way too sweet for my taste. Others at the table disliked the bitterness from the burned rum.

I certainly understand the Michelin recommendation. The service was outstanding, we asked for an off menu cocktail and a split dish (half and half oysters) which they accommodated. They kept up with refilling our waters. Some standout dishes for me were the dry aged bluefin tuna, the oysters, the "dan-dan" rabbit paccheri, and the Spanish octopus. I did enjoy our first visit but this was much more memorable. Everything we tried was beautifully plated, all of the ingredients served a purpose and blended beautifully together. The ambiance with the small table lamps was enough to see the beautiful dishes but keep the mood relaxed and intimate. The cost was much more reasonable compared to other higher end restaurants of similar or lesser quality in vegas. I highly recommend

It's described as a seasonal Italian neighborhood restaurant, and it had been on my Las Vegas foodie list for some time. Chef James Trees was a James Beard Award finalist, and the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide. We didn't have the time or appetite for the housemade sourdough, but I saw plenty of it coming out of the kitchen. You can choose from an amazing selection of spreads to go with it, and I definitely felt like we were missing out! We arrived for our 5 p.m. reservation, right when the restaurant opens, and the line was already out the door. Fortunately, it moved quickly. We were seated in the bar area. That was probably my one disappointment, as it's separated from the open kitchen and the main dining room, where most of the action takes place. As big fans of mussels, we started with the Baked Nduja Butter Mussels. This was nothing like the traditional bowl of mussels swimming in a buttery broth. They arrived already split open and topped with umami breadcrumbs, chili and parsley, almost resembling Oysters Rockefeller. The breadcrumbs gave them a nice crunch with a little heat from the chili. Not my favorite way to prepare mussels, but it was fun to try something completely different. For our entrees, we went with two of the classic pastas: Rigatoni and Spaghetti. The Rigatoni was tossed with black kale pesto, almonds, lemon and pecorino. It was rich and hearty, with the lemon adding just enough brightness to balance everything out. The Spaghetti was much simpler, with a classic tomato sauce, baby heirloom tomatoes and basil. Both were delicious, and the portions were surprisingly large. I have a pretty big appetite and only made it halfway through my Rigatoni. Our server Jesse recommended the Butterscotch Budino for dessert, telling us it has been on the menu since the restaurant opened. Now I understand why. Creamy butterscotch topped with whiskey caramel, honeycomb and vanilla Chantilly. Sweet, silky and a great finish to our meal. The menu at Esther's Kitchen is awesome. My only regret was that we didn't have more people with us and more time to explore it. Next trip!

I've read the service here isn't good, but we've either been lucky or just have come on good days because we haven't had any issues. We had reservations for 8:15, upon entering your establishment at 8pm, we saw your greeter. I'm going to call her Becky since she acted like one. My husband mentioned to Becky we had 8:15 reservations. Her reply was in a screaming voice, i can't sit you for another 15 mins. Clearly she lives in all white neighborhoods and goes to a all white school and doesn't encounter much color people in her day. Her frown showed it. She was quick to brush us off. We then come back at 8:15, and Brian was assigned to clear the table. He took one look at us and took his time clearing the table, he actually had to be reminded to do so a few times. He didn't come back to ask us for anything, but he made it his business to ask the couple next to us 4-5 times if everything was ok. Brian is overweight, sloppy w a very unkept appearance, bulging belly, visually assaulting. It was repulsive to have to look at him, less alone deal w his ill behavior. He was very dismissive as well as the front desk Becky. Brian puts butter on the table and my friend ask for bread. Brian was short and snippy and said you can order bread from the menu. Not a problem Brian, but the way you said that could have been said w finesse. The couple to our left was pretty much done but Brian couldn't help kiss their ass n ask if they needed anything- meanwhile we needed drinks, our order taken, but this was happening when Brian felt like giving us the attention - Bailey another waiter there was super sweet, smiled, very attentive, and he was just dropping off our plates. I wouldn't come back here just because i didn't like the way your 2 staff members treat Latinos - they seem to be use to dealing only with their "white people" and feel comfortable serving only white people. Being from NYC and experiencing every type of people known on this earth, it sucks to come to Summerlin vegas to experience basic uncomfortable who can't put their own differences aside. Shame On you Becky and Brian. PS Brian, you didn't deserve any tip that night
