Without a doubt one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We arrived there 10 minutes after opening July 10th 2024 our waitress Heather was a sweetheart and promptly brought us our menus and took our drink orders. After 3 different trys at ordering a beer they didn't have in stock after being told it was available I finally got one that was in stock. I ordered the daily lunch special which was chicken and dumplings soup and a wrap all of our orders went in. Two of our party got the flat breads they ordered and 1 of us got the sandwich they ordered. I never got my lunch at all because the kitchen didn't have the lunch specials ready for serving when they opened. 1 hour after the order went in and they still could not fill the order 2 of our party only got half of their order because the kitchen was unable to serve the soup. The manage avoided us completely and would not talk to us. We will never go back again. How embarrassing this was when we took out of town guest here for lunch and this is how we were treated. read more

After a short day of shopping, I went to a familiar place that was too busy to wait on me and I had to leave. I had never been to the Tilted Cafe but was warmly welcomed as I entered the door. I chose to sit outside and the service was quick, she recommended a great lunch salad and a refreshing drink that wasn't too strong for the early afternoon. Everyone that came by checked on me several times but I never felt rushed.
