I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

I just had to pay for shoe rentals which came to about $11 total for 2 kids. We had our own lane and 2 "free" games of bowling fun. They have plenty of options for bowling balls, ramps, and gutter guards to make this fun for kids. When we were done bowling, my kids enjoyed exploring the arcade. I loved the hand sanitizer readily available at the front counter. This location was much more enjoyable than the huntersville location as it was less crowded (despite there being camps here), appears newer, and was very clean.

It was my first time playing laser tag. You can play with people in your group but also have the option to allow other people in your session. Think you can have up to 20 people playing at a time. You can play in teams or individually. The laser gun keeps track of your hits and ranks everyone at the end of the game. The game lasts 10 mins. At first I thought, 10 minutes?! was way too short for the amount of money we paid for one session. But when you're running around on the course, 10 minutes is sufficient. It was fun and sweaty lol. The five star rating is for the exceptional customer service provided by their manager, Bryant and a staff member, Joshua.

Attention, fellow humans…read more.. We made the hour drive from South Carolina to visit Monster Mini Golf in Monroe, North Carolina after seeing a TikTok about another Monster Mini Golf location in South Carolina. When we realized the Monroe location was actually about an hour closer to us, we decided to check it out, and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we had an absolute blast. The entire facility was spotless, incredibly well designed, and packed with fun for all ages. We loved the 18 holes of monster mini golf, had a great time at the mini bowling lanes, challenged ourselves in the laser maze, and spent plenty of time in the arcade. The laser maze took us a minute to figure out, but once we got the hang of it, it was a lot of fun. The customer service was what truly made this visit unforgettable. We mentioned that we were celebrating our youngest daughter's birthday, and Landon went above and beyond to make her feel special. Those little moments mean so much, and it was obvious that the monsters here know exactly how to take care of their humans. If you're looking for a place that's clean, family friendly, and genuinely fun, Monster Mini Golf in Monroe, North Carolina is absolutely worth the drive. We can't say enough good things about our experience, and we'll definitely be making the trip again.
