We took our 5 year old son and even with him being so young we all still had a great time. Super easy to use and had fun doing it.

The kids had fun. Arrived at a good time when there was already a large number of players.

Ask the Community - Ultrazone Extreme Laser Tag

Is this geared more to younger kids or would 17/18 years olds fit in and enjoy it?

We all loved it. My husband and I and our 10 year old son. But everyone else there was around 20 years old.

Yelp 100 Challenge -#35…read more Wonder Works is a 4 level arcade offering different attractions and things to do on each level. Wonder Works is great for a first date or even a fun family outing. 1st Floor includes the lobby, gift shop, Wonder Cafe, Hurricane Shack, Xtreme 360 Bikes, Physical Challenge Zone, and party room. 2nd Floor includes Laser Tag. If you have a little child, you may be able to take turns and go in different heats. 3rd Floor includes the wall of illusions, XD Theater, draw alive, Wonder Coaster, Bed of Nails, Bubble Lab, and STEM Room. 4th Floor includes space discovery, ropes course, arcade games that you purchase to play, art of Dr Seuss, Imagination Lab, and Interactive Sandbox. My favorite was the digital Wonder Coaster. It is an indoor ride that follows along a video of a roller coaster flipping you and spinning you like the real thing. I recommend wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing so you are able to ride majority of the attractions inside. You can also add on the Wonder Works casebook and slice different riddles as you explore the four levels.

It's a fun spot for kids, but as an adult, I wouldn't feel the need to go back. It can get pretty crowded, so I'd recommend going early on a weekday instead of the weekend if you can. A few of the exhibits weren't working during my visit, which was a little disappointing. While it's entertaining, I do think the price is a bit high--around $35 per person would feel more reasonable than $40. Overall, it's a decent way to spend some time, especially for families, but not something I'd go out of my way to do again.

The man was nice and upgraded us for free since it was our first time. The room we bowled in was really nice. They had curtains between lanes to offer more privacy. Our server was really nice but had a lot of lanes, so it took some time to place our orders and receive our food. They have fun graphics on the lanes as well as non-traditional settings. We ordered the cheeseburger tater-tots, brisket flatbread, and kids boneless wings. The food was really tasty, as well as the drinks. It took a while to get forks and napkins. The arcade has tons of fun games. If you have unlimited play, you do not earn ticks, which was a fine tradeoff. Overall, we had a great experience and will come back in the future.

Absolutely Appalling - Humiliated, Disrespected, and Thrown Out Without Cause…read more On July 16, 2025, my family of 17 visited Stars and Stripes with the expectation of enjoying a fun and memorable outing. Sixteen of us paid for the $20 Stack-n-Play package, which includes one hour of bowling, unlimited arcade access, and laser tag. What we received instead was chaos, verbal abuse, and one of the most humiliating public experiences we've ever endured--driven entirely by the inexcusable conduct of Facility Supervisor Herbert Casto and General Manager Christian Alcantara. Upon arrival, the cashier Aidan informed us we would be placed on lanes 1, 2, and 3 to accommodate our group. Only two lanes were opened. When we asked about the third, Mr. Casto falsely accused us of only paying for 14 participants. Despite showing receipts (all but one, which Aidan confirmed was still behind the counter), and despite Aidan's direct confirmation that all 16 were paid, Mr. Casto refused to correct the mistake or open the third lane. Rather than attempt to resolve the issue, Mr. Casto involved General Manager Christian Alcantara, who immediately escalated the situation. When one of our family members began recording the exchange for our protection, Mr. Alcantara became hostile--yelling, accusing us of being disrespectful, and threatening to call the police. All of this unfolded in front of multiple young children. What followed was disgraceful. Two of the men in our group stepped outside to calm down, only to be followed by Mr. Alcantara, who continued to shout and curse at them. When a female family member tried to deescalate the tension, he snapped, "You don't tell me to stop," and then went further--calling us "animals." When the police arrived, Mr. Alcantara was described by the officers as uncooperative and provided minimal information. While the situation was being addressed, he stood nearby and made a vulgar, mocking gesture--rubbing his middle finger against his cheek--directly at our family. This was done in front of five small children, who were left crying and traumatized by the ordeal. We were then told by police that our entire family was being trespassed. Despite not receiving the services we paid for (bowling, arcade, and laser tag), Mr. Alcantara refused to issue a refund. We were kicked out, humiliated, and denied any kind of compensation or apology. To be absolutely clear: We followed the rules. We showed proof of payment. We asked calmly for the services we purchased. Instead, we were gaslighted, berated, and thrown out in front of our children. The behavior of this location's management team was not only unprofessional--it was hostile, aggressive, and entirely inappropriate. If this is how Stars and Stripes treats paying families, I strongly urge others to avoid this business entirely. No one--especially children--should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.
