The change was submitted within 12 hours of the order being submitted for a window which was to take three weeks to deliver to Northern Building Supply. Upon receiving the window I found that reportedly Sierra Pacific had charged me $150 for a "change order" submitted before the window ever went to production. As it happened, the window took seven weeks to deliver. One might question why, if Sierra Pacific wrongly charged me, am I writing this on Northern Building Supply's review. Northern Building Supply did nothing to work with the vendor to eliminate this grossly unfair charge and just shrugged when it was called to their attention. So, as the insurance ad goes, one may say that I chose the wrong window supplier but, no, I chose the wrong building supply.

Home Depot I have it delivered to my door in 3 days . Just today another special order finally came in after a long wait to arrive. Tracked the order for 5 days it sat at the DC in Saginaw Mi. Cabinet parts came in . No boxes??? Cancelled the order for the cabinet boxes at that store . Made another order at the next closest store. Have to drive 60 miles North of me as they have them in stock .I buy alot of stuff from our local store ,as its conveniently located on my way in . But they really need to be better on there ordering system .

That is unprofessional and unacceptable! we we have been customers for a very long time and spent a great deal of money at that store. Won't be going back any time soon. Also, their wood is the worst in this area.
